I checked into my room, and was immediately greeted by Sam. He recognized my diamond status right away. He offered me an upgraded room for free. I called front desk about invasion of privacy and the clerk yelled at me telling me it's a maintenance issue. As I was trying to report the maintenance man himself for being the the problem. Stay aware!!!!
