Not only did he get it done quickly, but he also explained exactly what was wrong and didn't overcharge me at all. I had been told by someone else to just buy a new 60'' TV and not waste my time with repairs. I'm so glad I found Jim instead—his honest work and fast turnaround really saved the day.
