Roopas and K1 Bloom were absolutely fantastic! They were extremely helpful, polite, and easy to talk to. We came from overseas and needed a completely new account and phones, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They knew exactly how to transfer all of our information from one phone to another and gave us great advice on keeping our bill low. We had checked with other providers in the area, but no one came close to the level of service we received here. I wish everyone was as helpful and knowledgeable as they were. Highly recommend!”
“I had such an amazing experience working with Jane! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely kind. I came in with a complicated situation involving transferring all of my data from an older phone that wasn't working properly, and she handled everything with so much care and determination.
Even when things got difficult, she stayed calm, focused, and found solutions every step of the way. She took the time to make sure all of my important information, apps, and accounts were set up correctly, and even helped me get back into my Google account when I was having trouble. She truly went above and beyond what I expected.
What really stood out to me was her positive attitude and how she never made me feel rushed or like a burden, even though the process took some time. It's rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping people, but Jane is exactly that.
If you ever need help, I highly recommend asking for Jane. She made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and easy.

“I went in to have my phone looked at , because it wasn't charging. And the guy there was super friendly and he helped me. After I got it back I asked him, what was the problem and he said it just had some dust and lint. In it he said I cleaned it for you. I asked him what do I owe you. And he said nothing. I wish I would of asked for his name. Such a great guy.”

“Haley F was an absolute star. We had a billing issue on our account, whereby T-Mobile Billing weren't taking funds via auto pay, not notifying us of payment failure, and putting through numerous one time / backout charges. Our account was set up incorrectly, meaning that no primary contact had been set.The Billing team then claimed it was because we had no funds in the account(s), which was not sure. I showed Haley proof of this and she got through to the Billing team for me and, after a couple of hang-ups from certain representatives (Michelle....!), got me through to a supervisor. Haley has a very strong sense of right and wrong, and argued our corner for us - that the customer should be put right for the systematic failings. Despite the issues, it is because of Haley F. that we will likely stay with T-Mobile. The dispute is ongoing, but the Billing team did hear me out (finally) and have opened channels of communication to credit us.”
