This pharmacy is run by people who do not confirm what you are filling, they are slow at the counter to even acknowledge you are waiting, and when I called to say they filled the wrong medication, I didn't even get an apology. Poor customer service. This department needs some help.

Absolutely pathetic. I had multiple refills left, and this joke of a pharmacy has awful customer service. I called to find out why my prescription was cancelled, and the woman on the phone was rude—cut me off, threw me on hold without saying anything, then hung up on me right when when I called back. Now she’s just letting the phone ring and won’t answer. Completely unprofessional and useless. If you value your time, go literally anywhere else.

Went to pick up prescriptions today and an older lady there was so rude to me and raising her voice at me cause I couldn’t understand her(probably racist). Y’all need to hire better staff who aren’t impatient and rude. Do better.

Savannah went above and beyond to save me $5, checking the difference between my insurance and GoodRx, on top filling 2 prescriptions that had been returned to stock because I forgot to pick them up on time.
Much appreciated and impressed.

Terrible customer service. The ONLY reason I use them is because that’s where I buy my groceries. Someone at HEB corporate needs to straighten that department out.

Extremely poor communication skills. Dropped off a prescription and came back three hour later just to be told they didn’t have any insurance on file. So question how have I been picking up my medications here for months and also why couldn’t anyone call to tell me that it wasn’t on file anymore so I could come back and give it. Instead have to wait for them to do it. You need to have better communication skills Heb pharmacy. People need there prescriptions.

There is a lot to like about HEB, but this pharmacy is not part of it.
A week ago, I requested refills for my prescriptions. I went in the next day, and they hadn't filled anything. I waited 2 hours for half of my order.
I came back today for the rest of my order, and they had made no attempt to fill it. They told me I could wait an hour for one of the two meds outstanding, and they had not, in six days, managed to get my doctor's approval for the final refill.
This was hardly the first such incident with them. I am going elsewhere for my prescriptions now.
