Just moved to Temple and switched to this pharmacy and already regretting that choice. Have always preferred heb pharmacy but this location is terrible! Nobody answers the phones amoung many other short commings. Will be switching to a different pharmacy..

I saw the doctor at 320pm. The RX was sent right away. I went at 720 to pick up my prescription and they didn't have it ready. The pharmacist didn't want to fill it without speaking with the doctor. I work at the place and never was there a Call or a fax from H‑E‑B Pharmacy. I call the clinic and the doctor speaks with them. Then I ask if I can get my prescription tonight and they literally don't even have the meds I need. This is a crucial Med. What the hell. No one called me or anything. Not only this the pharmacist wouldn't talk to me. The lady there was rude. This is the worst pharmacy ever. also I spent 20 minutes on the damn pharmacy home until they answered. No one cares.

On more than one occasion, I've had this pharmacy not fill my prescriptions without any notification or discussion. I had to go to their website/app to find out that they just marked them as "inactive," and then when I call (during normal business hours and not close to closing time), nobody answers. With other pharmacies, when I had an issue with price or insurance coverage, they would call me, and we could usually get the problem solved within 1-3 days. Here, there is absolutely no communication or attempt to remedy things.

The pharmacists think they mo more than the doctors who prescribe your medication. They are always wanting to change the dosage. They are not involved in your medical diagnosis. They need to lose the god syndrome and change their attitudes. They are always challenging the doctors, as if they know better than the Doctors. Go to Kroger.

They won’t answer the phone. Won’t have your meds ready. Won’t call you to update you. Impossible to get your meds from this pharmacy. Someone finally picked up the phone and hung it right back up on me.

There’s not enough words in the dictionary for me to describe all the things wrong with this pharmacy, but I’ll try: Rude, incompetent, mean, slow, careless, unethical, hateful…Someone should report this place to someone. The people who work here should not be gatekeepers to life saving medication. I wouldn’t trust them with my dogs flea medicine. NEVER EVER EVER use this pharmacy! You will be met with mean, hateful and incompetent people who hate their lives and hate their jobs and will do anything in their power to keep you from getting your medication. They won’t call you doctor, they won’t price check, they don’t even know how to bill insurance properly! And good luck getting your medicine on time, if at all. And they will glare at you and be SO MEAN to you if the line is long. Go somewhere else, seriously, anywhere else.

Received text message that prescription was ready for pick up. Went to pick up in drive thru and the very rude lady told me the prescription was in line to be filled. I told her I had received a message that it was ready for pick up and on my app it even said it was ready. She checked with pharmacist and came back and said it wouldn't be ready for another hour. I then stated again that I had received a text that it was ready and she stated, "The pharmacist said no message was sent to you and it's not ready." Incredibly rude. No customer service. I don't appreciate being called a liar. Of course, now the app reflects prescription is in progress but I still have the text message that stated it's ready. Won't use this pharmacy again!

I'm extremely disappointed in this HEB Pharmacy. I have been attempting to contact them via phone but nobody ever seems to answer the phone or automatically placed on hold for over 30 minutes and ultimately get disconnected.I'm having to get new prescriptions from my doctor since my new pharmacy has not been successful in getting an HEB pharmacist or technician on the phone.This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any pharmacy. Most of all my treatment is being delayed due to the lack of customer service.

I come on here to share my absolute horrible experience at this pharmacy, and see how many reviews there already are about this employee named Laura. I have never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful in the service industry. Two days in a row I walked inside to the pharmacy and she was at the window. The first time my prefilled prescription was supposed to already be filled according to the phone line when I “approved my pickup time”. It wasn’t and Laura was so very rude in front of a long line of people behind me telling me to leave. I thought maybe she was having a bad day and left. Came back the next day to pick up my prescription, and she was the exact same way. Rolled her eyes when I asked to pick up a prescription and then went on to tell me the customer that I was the rudest person in the store for asking her if she was having a rough day…I just am not understanding how there are so many horrible reviews about this place and particular employee, and yet she’s still there. H‑E‑B management needs to figure this out.

They called me and when I answered nothing was said so I called them back to find out why they called and was in hold for 15 minutes with no answer. So know I left wondering was going on. I guess I need to change pharmacies. So sad

I'm really shocked at the bad reviews, I guess I've just been lucky. I've always been able to get them on the phone (I know not to call at lunch or 5pm-ish), and I've almost always gotten my prescriptions with no issue.I gave only 4 stars because a few months ago they wouldn't accept a GoodRX coupon (they claimed they NEVER! take GoodRX). I called GoodRX, they looked into it, and then I got a text from HEB saying my med was ready - and they charged me the (MUCH) cheaper GoodRX price.Thanks to other reviewers for the warning about Laura - I'll try not to ever interact with her in the future, since so many posts talked about how rude she is...

They never answer the phone and the older gal working seems checked out and ready to retire. Laura is the older gal. She's been rude a couple times.

Horrible customer service, no one was of any help “Laura” was so rude and would not help at all. She would not get prescriptions transferred and said it would take her two days just to call, she continued to argue with me for 15 minutes about how she was short staffed and how she was not going to help me or call anyone and instead of arguing with me she could’ve just made a quick call. I offered to call for her if she would like so it’s not bothering her and she said she can’t do anything for me and I can leave. They were the only store within a 2 hour radius around me and no one else carried my medicine I need and her “manager” that talked to me after her was very unprofessional and argued with me longer instead of helping and saying “kids need their medicine more” and she had medicines on “red” and I can leave.
