Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries is a thrift store that offers a wide range of items, including household goods, clothing, and furniture. The store is generally clean and well-organized, with a large selection of products for customers to browse. The staff is described as friendly and helpful, greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases. While the store can be a good source for bargains, some customers have expressed concerns about the quality and pricing of certain items, particularly in the kitchenware section. There have also been instances where the store has sold games with missing pieces, which can be frustrating for customers. Overall, Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries seems to provide a decent shopping experience, with a mix of positive and negative feedback from customers. The store's focus on offering a variety of secondhand goods at affordable prices is appreciated by many, but there is room for improvement in ensuring the completeness and pricing of their inventory.
Be careful with the idea that you're getting something cheap. Their merchandise is donated, therefore when you discover that you paid 75 - 90% of the price of new, then betrayal you might experience. Forego the trust and do your research, and maybe the people in the back who determine prices will get the hint.

Like any thrift store it's hit or miss. You do have to pay attention to any glass or ceramic ware since some have chiped edges and rims. Also the adhesive that's on the stickers is very strong and is hard to get off. Additionally You do have to watch what time and day you go here since it does get a bit busy.
