I walked in the store not knowing what I was doing, John immediately put me at ease, showed me what I wanted, and guided me in the right direction to make it happen.

From the time I entered, the Representative was very thorough. He explained it all very politely and took time to listen to all my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable of the mattresses. He scheduled the delivery promptly. I would recommend Mattress Firm to others. Thank you Kelly for all your help

I was prepared for a pushy salesman but thankfully did not encounter that at all. Kelly was helpful and patient with us. He answered all our questions and we actually enjoyed visiting with him as he got us all checked out.
