I came in dealing with a frustrating situation that was caused by another AT&T location, where my account had been mishandled and I was left with multiple issues to resolve. Jane and Jenna took the time to carefully review everything, explain what had happened, and work through each problem until it was fully corrected.
What impressed me most was their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to helping me. They treated me with respect, never rushed the process, and went above and beyond to make things right. Because of their efforts, what started as a stressful situation ended with complete confidence in my service again. AT&T is fortunate to have employees like Jane and Jenna representing the company. “Honest business! I took my phone in because it got wet. Dried it as much as I could. My phone appeared to be working except for a frozen screen. He did a quick hard reset and told me my phone was fine! Wow, I was shocked! I tried restarting it but forgot about hard reset. Anyways, go here if you are having issues with your phone. Great customer service! Will definitely use them if I need to!”
