This location has always been good, but NOW it is GREAT!!! The staff that work this location are professional, personable ,knowledgeable and most of all kind. I looked up this stores reviews online before I went and saw only 3 of 5 so I was worried it would be a bad experience. I was delightfuly surprised however. I had to exchange a wifi router. I didn't have a reservation because no one mentioned before had that I might need one. I had 7 people in front of me but surprisingly only had to wait for 35-40 mins. Got a newer model wifi router and finished my business in about 10 mins. The CSR was very polite and very helpful. I really enjoyed my time there. The waiting seats were comfortable. Good clean environment. Really impressed by service over all.

Really cool folks here. As far as I can tell, spectrum has a leg up over big names like AT&T/Verizon in the area because they are phenomenal in three areas: services provided, customer service, and price.

Check in at kiosk machine sat down and patiently waited for my turn. Older gentleman came in check walk up toward counter. Everybody working at counter was helping somebody. Spectrum employee became available he didn't call name out the gentleman walk right up and got help. The next employee call out Jesse name who was getting help (the gentleman) then went to the next name. Which I got skip again. The Spectrum employee need to learn how to tell people wait their turn until name is called. Yall have a system in place for a reason use it. It happen to a lady right before me as well. Canceling all my services with them

45 mins waiting to turn in equipment listening to two customers get up-sold.
Manager assisted in upsales but not with other customers.

Spectrum internet… nothing like cancelling service day after billing date and getting notified that the billing will continue for another month even though we moved and the service is cancelled.. winner of a company (sarcasm). Marginal internet service at best.

This place needs to have a WAY MORE obvious check-in kiosk !!
Management has to be non-existent or inept here !
After we walked in all the way to the desks in the back and missed the tiny out of the way kiosk at the front door, we were told to go ALL the way back to the front door to check-in.
Made us feel like idiots that they knew that and we didn't.
After we checked in on the tiny out of the way 6inch screen and sat down to wait to be called, we saw 7 other people walk in and miss the tiny out of the way kiosk as we also did.
They all also walked all the way back to the desk area to be told to turn around and go all the way back to the front door !!!
Then, we watched a person just drop returned equipment on the floor as they were told to do the same thing and wait to just drop off their own company equipment.
These employees and managers are so missing on action.
They would rather scold people about their tiny obscure way to check-in than fix their own dumb problem.
It has to happen all day - every day !
Instead of making it OBVIOUS right when you walk in the front door !!
Thank you very little.
It was disheartening and depressing to witness the same thing happen - over and over and over and over again !!

I dreaded coming in here because of the rude employee who treated me like dirt. This was two years ago so this has nothing to do with now.

So gone in to trade in my dying s23 ultra miss that phone but on a iphone 16 pro max yeah had a rough time but in the keaton is a amazing like calm reassuring amazing person who as a whole held up and everyone else is good how ever this one guy rj this brother got attitude and backtalked me when i said he wasn’t in this please stop bumping in yeah i was a bit ticked about it but he claimed me walking out on his attitude would donate the store 125$ and I said “now hold up not getting refunded owed money is theft and claimed it was donations like. Bro you should be fired and i said “you should know thats theft” and got up mad and raging like i had said that but yet as i need to put out im of a dark colored decent so he cant claim no white man yelled at him cause I guarantee he did anyways but bro i aint white like bruh but he needs to be put in the back or fired because he was a major issue and a liability to spectrum if he would to ever swing on a customer i was irate and ticked but keaton got everything undercontrol and i be honest that man needs a raise and promotion cause that was some outstanding customer service as i never had someone make a horrible experience feel like a worth every penny now for the other dude come on now you gonna make us look bad brotha go home bro you wildin for that so in all 1 star for this clown but 5 star for everyone 10/10 5 star for keaton

My experience at the 31st Street location was amazing! All of the employees were so energetic, funny and kind! Keaton Mitchell was my service associate and had a lot of patience with me and took care of ALL my needs, from switching my dad's phone plan to upgrading my device. Very knowledgeable! I recommend this store to everyone!
