Extremely rude staff. I went in to return something and while I was waiting I watched the staff interrupting and talking over the customers. When the customers got upset and would leave, the staff all laughed and made jokes about them in front of the customers still in the store. Not just unprofessional, but really just disgusting human behavior.

Customer service is definitely not the M.O.Kay is so difficult. 0 stars for sure! I managed to accomplish trading my nonworking receiver...but omg.. took an act of God.

Took my phone in because it kept shutting off after 1 minute, Customer service wouldn't even look at it till the rest of the bill was paid, then suggested we go to an outside store to get a battery which may not be needed.

Completely terrible the internet is absolutely useless it's hardly working I have to restart the router constantly and even then it doesn't work and it's my only option for my apartment complex.

Spectrum is awful. They make it so difficult to cancel service and to return equipment. Having someone in a store tell me it is unethical to have an order canceled. An order I placed on line, not through a sales person was so obnoxious. Hate spectrum. Hate them so much. Granted, Xfinity is just as awful where they are the available service.If I could give negative stars, I would.

Like a previous review you are going to wait for what seems like an eternity. The representatives will tell you to go to HEB to make a payment or if returning equipment to go to the UPS store. The payment kiosk is never working just like McDonald's ice cream machine.It seems like you are inconveniencing them if you come inside this store

Let me start by saying, I don't mind waiting if a store is busy. I get it, I have worked retail and understand. What I don't understand is when there are four to five people waiting to be helped and all the employees just stare at you. This was totally unacceptable for customer service and Spectrum should do something about it. I would have done everything online if the option was there. I waited 40 minutes to get three minutes of help. This is not my first rodeo in this store, same thing happened before. What shocked me the most my first trip here was while this woman sat on her butt a trainee was helping me. When he asked for the password, she looked around and then pulled a post it note out of the trash and said, here it is. (Never getting off her rear end) Wait! What? You just pulled the password that protects our information out of the trash. We don't have options besides Spectrum for internet or I would have ran my rear out of there. Be careful with this company. They have NO customer service and will not protect your account. The picture included is when there were three people waiting to be helped, we were all standing away in awe except the one guy.

The representative was extremely rude, one guy was on the phone. And told my wife in a rude tone " ma'am you need to check in." She checked in just to drop off equipment that had a baby roach as soon as we opened the box that was delivered. His response " we don't take equipment drop offs" when the spectrum rep via telephone said you can drop off equipment at your nearest spectrum office if FedEx Or UPS is not close by.

Went in to ask questions. Had to "sign in" while there was only one person there already getting help. The service was awful, the girl was rude, and she couldn't fully answer most of my questions. While speaking with her another employee came into the conversation and just kept repeating what the first girl was saying. Very unprofessional.

Not only this store. But all spectrum.Having to sign in every time you goto this places is a pain and not needed.The place could be empty. Having to do that and them staring at you, for just a simple look on the wall or a 5 sec question.I hate going to this places. I am going to rate a one star every time I have to sign in.

Spectrum is literally the worst if you can save yourself time and look into a different internet provider. Unless you like your internet going in and out at least 18 hours out of the day. 10/10 do not recommend. I’d rate their service a 0 if I could truth be told I have to use my cell phone hotspot most of the time anyways.

I love my internet and spectrum but the people at the store that go door to door are a thumbs down they tricked me into starting another service with them when I already have service with them and asked me about tv I told them I was not interested and when I called the very next day to cancel the new service the representative told me that he signed me up for the tv as well .?. That is not right and I am very disappointed and will never ever go into the store to have to deal with the people .. we went to return our equipment at the store and one guy yelled across the store sign into the pad before you walk up here very rude ..not happy at all with guys in temple store!!!

Took mothers box in, said she needed to be there. Brought disable mother into store and service rep tells me he can’t accept his spectrum box and to take to UPS. F.U.
