“All staff demonstrated genuine love for the animals and care and concern for the humans. My cat's situation was urgent but not critical, so I was not seen immediately but got to see them interact with several more critical cases in a timely and compassionate manner. All charges were clearly stated before any work was done. No surprises. And they called the next day to check on my kitty. Great experience!”

“I was a walk-in, so I didn't mind the wait. The staff was friendly and great with my dog Eleanor. She didn't even flinch when they gave her the shot. Appointments are a few weeks out, so plan ahead. That being said, they do take a certain number of walk-ins a day.”
“It was great! We were checked in and shown to a room right away! The nurses and doctor were oh so very knowledgeable and let us know every step of what would happen, time frame, and answered all our questions. The only downside was checkout; it was almost longer than the actual appointment. We're still not sure what happened there....we were in line for so long!”
