“Rickey at security guard shack doesn't like to talk to drivers. If drivers want a small talk he says let me do my job, but the short chubby curly haired lady wants to know every detail about the conversation Rickey has with drivers. Lol. Arrived 20 mins before appointment, took about 4 hrs to unload. They recorded fresh ( 34'f ) product on proof of delivery, it was was a frozen ( -10f ) product. Had to get the operations manager to change it. Reciving clerks are nice.”

“Surprised at how fast this turn around took. Normally I spend 5-8+ hours waitoget unloaded. 2.5 hours total stay. From gate to gate. Friendly people at this location compared to other Walmart DC”
“3/22/25 - appt at 0600. Arrived the night before at about 2000. Slept in the staging/OVERNIGHT area.
Walk to the guard shack to check in (RED 'X'). Sign and other reviews said to have your ID but they didn't ask for mine. Take it anyway just in case.
Check In process took maybe 5 mins. EASY. Wait in the truck for a text that says to drive to the NORTH GATE (BLUE 'X' IN PHOTO). By the time you pull up, you'll get another text with your door number and the door to take your BOL's (Door 422) they have more than 1.
Drop the BOL's and then head to your door.
I was on the door by 0540. Unloading started at 0550! Got the green light at 0652. BUT MAKE SURE THEY CALL YOU FIRST, BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DOOR!! They called me 2 minutes later.

Plenty of room to maneuver your trailer! I'll take this H-E-B over the one in San Antonio any day!”
“The staff is very friendly and it can be a little tricky getting up in there so follow your GPS and then keep up the little road that looks like you're going nowhere and keep to the right and come on up the hill in the warehouse is right there check in by door 20. You do have to drop your trailer and pull away and also if you have an issue with hours I think you will be allowed to stay on the lot”
“Good place to deliver too. Directions : I-35 south take exit 303. Exit off ramp TR onto Texas Spur 290. In less than a mile TR onto center street . McLane is on the RHS 1000 feet away. Can park overnight on center street is allowed . Receiving opens at 1900 hours .”

“I was pretty much in and out. There is overnight parking at the south gate. Park check in about an hour before appointment. They call you and you head to north gate and you get a text to what door you're going to. Bring paperwork and you're done until they call you.”
