“Was over 4 hrs late for my appointment due to miscommunication on my end with dispatch. I called them when I was an hour and a half away, the lady was really nice on the phone. Told me as long as I was there by 8:30 pm and not a minute later, they would unload me. I pulled in 8:20 and they got me right to a dock to unload. Everyone was nice and professional. Not a single complaint on my end.”
“Attention OTR drivers instructions
Park at the stage area located at the south gate entrance, walk to the gate to checking 1 hour before your appointment, don't check in too early!
They will send you a text to your phone to use their C3 Hive app just follow the instructions on it. The entry to the facility will be through the North gate, for dock numbers looks at the red numbers on the building and you should be fine.
Overnight parking available at the stage area. Potty bathroom at the south gate entrance.
They do take their time ( 5H) but instead of not doing nothing you can exercise, cook, read a book or watch something that will help you to grow. Instead of leaving bad reviews and complaining all the time. ;)”
“A year or 2 ago, I came here and they held me up for about 4 hrs, only to tell me my load shifted and I need to get it restacked so it could be received. It turned out that the load didn't shift. Don't know what their issue was then. Fast forward to 7/10/25. Different workers, got in the door right at check in and was unloaded in an hour! You can park on the street if you're out of time or waiting for delivery. Its real quiet. Otherwise, you've got truck stops galore in Temple, and nearby on I-35.”
