“I stopped by Afandi last Friday. I was needing a ring sized that I bought on a cruise last October. I had not been successful in finding a jeweler that would size it for me. The ring was a size 7 and I needed a size 4.5. The others I had talked with said it couldn’t be done without losing the accent diamonds on the side.
I dropped it off and the young lady told me someone would call in the next couple days with a quote. Noah called me later that day and explained EVERYTHING to me. What needed to be done, how he would go about to doing it and even offered to appraise it for me and offered a lifetime repair/ check on my piece. He told me he could have the work done mid week this week. I got a text yesterday saying it was ready. When I went in I got to meet Noah is person and he was amazing! He made sure it fit to my liking! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past most of the time nowadays, but not with Afandi and Noah! Anytime I need anything worked on from here on out I will use Noah! His knowledge and expertise with jewelry seems to be top notch!
