This has been, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, mechanic, or any other car service. I dropped my car off on June 12th, and as of September 17th, I still do not have it. Despite being told my truck would be seen within 10-14 days (June 26th) when I dropped it off, it was not seen until July 3rd. On the day I dropped it off, I gave my point of contact (Carlos) all the information to contact my insurance company to coordinate service. The information about my truck was not given to my insurance company until July 9th (at this point, not including the wait to see my truck that is an additional 6 days due to incompetence). And in order for that process to work, I had to facilitate calls back and forth between the adjuster and Carlos because he wasn't capable of doing it himself in a timely manner without being checked in on. On July 10th, the insurance company issued it's first payment to ford via check in the mail. The adjuster approved the repairs on the July 10th as well. The quote was not approved by Ford until July 17th (we are now at 13 extra days due to incompetence). The parts arrived sometime after July 29th and I was notified on August 14th that they could not put the rear end in because it was in worse shape than my current rear end. They did not even begin working this out with my insurance until August 20th (now at 19 extra days due to incompetence). USAA cleared up the issue by the 21st, and 2nd payment was issued to Ford via a check by mail and the repairs were started again. On August 26th, I was told my truck repairs were complete however, Ford had lost the checks that the insurance company had sent which forced me to call them, have the checks cancelled, and have them resent. The checks arrived on September 9th and my trucks was ready for pick up (now at 33 extra days due to incompetence). I picked up my truck on September 11th however I noticed a sound coming from the rear axle, which the tech confirmed and should not have been a surprise considering Ford had made an argument that the new axle needed repair when they received it. As of September 17th, my truck still hasn't even been diagnosed and I have no timeline for when I will get it back. At this point in time, I haven't had my truck for over 3 months, over a month of that time due to poor process management from Ford, anytime past this is due to poor management from Ford.
Update 1: (9/17) - After getting a response from the dealership, I was told to call and ask to speak with the GM. The first time I called, in the morning, I was placed on an indefinite hold that never went to voicemail or returned to the receptionist. I waited 13 minutes before hanging up. The second time I called, there was no answer, and I was asked to leave a message. I have done so and will see if I get a call back.

Seth was easy to work with. No pressure. I ask some tough questions and he went and found the answers.
Of course, the finance and all took a little longer than I would like but it was a smooth transaction.

Wonderful group of people who provided us with their service. From the young ladies who picked up my vehicle from me to the actual servicing of my vehicle. Communication of keeping me updated (sending a video) on my vehicle and allowing me a link to pay for services online. Not only did they return me my vehicle, they also gave a curtesy call to make sure I was satisfied. Yes, I was very satisfied! Great customer service!

Platinum Ford provided a good sales experience. Our sales representative, Steven was fairly new but very focussed on meeting our needs. Overall, a very good experience. Matt Powell was awesome! He was professional, trustworthy, courteous, and friendly. He made purchasing a new vehicle simple. Matt was easy to talk to and knew what he was talking about.
