“They were shorthanded, but eventually helped us out. We were there to buy a laptop. They had a good selection. The next time I went there an associate asked me if I needed help finding something and I turned toward him and said yes I need to find.... Then he broke away and started talking to other stuff. I had to go find it myself.”

“Jacob is fabulous! He's always so kind and informative! Whenever we call, he is quick to start a ticket and then follow up with a service call. We appreciate his positive attitude and abundance of knowledge. Keep up the great work!”

“This business is locally owned by the Campisi family. I had a printer jam problem, and the Geek Squad told me printers were disposable, that they wouldn't fix it. 3N1 sent a tech to my house within a few hours, fixed the problem and charged me $75. That was much better than replacing my $500 "disposable" printer.”
