“We had a delightful visit to Gray's a few weeks ago. My wedding band (53 years) needed mending. When I was in my 20's I broke my finger and the doctor had to cut my ring off. A jeweler fixed it then. 50+ years of wear the cut opened up again. I left it with Gray's and they had it repaired and cleaned the next day. They even engraved our wedding date inside the ring. All my future jewelry purchases will be with GRAY'S!”

“Would give more stars if I could. It is so rare to find customer service like this. Brought in my 5 year old's dinosaur watch that needed a battery and had a broken latch. They just happened to have an old watch, they took the latch off to replace hers and changed the battery for her free of charge. We didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes and it truly warmed my heart the way they took care of my daughter. This was our first time in, but we will definitely give them our future business based on their outstanding service. Thank you for making my daughter's day!!!”

“I went into Claire’s today for piercing services and was pleasantly greeted by one of the employees Ms. Brittany. Brittany was very kind, friendly, and thorough with instructions and cleanliness through the whole process. She also guided me through the store to help with discounts and was patient with me picking out what fit me best. It was a very pleasant experience and it’s the place I would recommended hands down for piercing!!”
