“The Valvoline location on State Line Texarkana has always taken care of my vehicle. Premium service and Premium products from Oil to Coolant and any filters necessary. But above all else is the staff that works there, they are always on top of their game even in the dead heat of Summer. They are as business and service professional as it gets and that allows for a very efficient and worry free experience. I will always trust them with my vehicle and promote this location to friends and family, but overall I have always been content with Valvoline as a company!”

“We were travel from Houston to MO and had a panel come loose on our car below the engine. Custom Car Care was 3 miles away. They fixed us up with a bolt to reattach the panel to the car. Customer service was top notch. And they took care of us with smiles and a 30 minute detour. Highly recommend this shop as they were so kind to help us out on our trip.”

“We had gotten a flat tire while driving from Austin to Little Rock in the evening of July 3rd. Of course nothing was open except Walmart Auto Care. We finally arrived at our hotel at 3:45AM and they opened at 7. I got up early and called them and they were so kind to check to see if they had the type of tire I would need if it required replacement. Fortunately, it did not. They checked me in and took my truck straight back, was able to patch the hole, replaced my spare under the truck (which was a pain to get down). They had my son and I back on the road in less than an hour. They had also checked all the other tires and aired them up for me. So grateful!”
