“I haven’t really been able to sit down and write out how appreciative I am of Haley’s and the whole entire crew. In March of 2025 I hit a dear in my new Santa Fe. My insurance prompted me to take it to a chain shop that will remain unnamed. My car was in their shop 4 times, and each time I picked it up it looked worse than when I left it. I finally got fed up and pursued a body shop on my own. With the help of my dad (dad opinions are superior), I decided to try Haley’s . They communicated, they let me cuss and vent, but most of all they did it right. Not only did they not smear the other shop like I did, but they went above and beyond- so much so they even detailed my car when they gave it back. Wes and crew were so patient with me, lord knows I can get heated and I’m stubborn. They updated me every time something new came up, or when there was a part delay. When I got my Santa Fe back, it looked BRAND NEW, and sounded like it was supposed to. I’m so thankful for them, and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone in the area looking for COMPETENT work. The cherry on the cake is they treated me like an actual human being too.”
