“Misty came out from the Texarkana office. She replaced my 2014 Ford Focus windshield; highly professional. I recommend her as well as Kason, both have excellent customer service skills.”

“I haven’t really been able to sit down and write out how appreciative I am of Haley’s and the whole entire crew. In March of 2025 I hit a dear in my new Santa Fe. My insurance prompted me to take it to a chain shop that will remain unnamed. My car was in their shop 4 times, and each time I picked it up it looked worse than when I left it. I finally got fed up and pursued a body shop on my own. With the help of my dad (dad opinions are superior), I decided to try Haley’s . They communicated, they let me cuss and vent, but most of all they did it right. Not only did they not smear the other shop like I did, but they went above and beyond- so much so they even detailed my car when they gave it back. Wes and crew were so patient with me, lord knows I can get heated and I’m stubborn. They updated me every time something new came up, or when there was a part delay. When I got my Santa Fe back, it looked BRAND NEW, and sounded like it was supposed to. I’m so thankful for them, and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone in the area looking for COMPETENT work. The cherry on the cake is they treated me like an actual human being too.”

“Andy and his team are the best in town and I would highly recommend using them for all your windshield and dent repair’s. Andy and his team take care of all our windshield replacements. So go by and they will take care of all your needs.”
“My car was towed there after an accident, and I needed to get my personal belongings out of my vehicle. A tall, slim older man helped me get into my car, he was so nice and helpful. I also talked to a young woman from the office who was really nice too. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with . As an added bonus I got to pet their huge GSD Bright Eyes. 😁 I would highly recommend them.”
