TownePlace Suites Texarkana offers a pleasant stay with excellent service and helpful staff. Guests frequently praise the friendly front desk team, especially a staff member who provides exceptional assistance during check-in and check-out. The hotel features a convenient location with various dining options nearby, including Red Lobster and a Mediterranean restaurant.
The rooms are designed like private suites, equipped with kitchens that include a full fridge, stove, and dishwasher, making them ideal for longer stays. Many guests find the rooms spacious and well laid out, with comfortable bedding and adequate amenities. However, there are some concerns regarding cleanliness, as several reviews mention issues like hair and debris in the bathrooms and under furniture, indicating a need for deeper cleaning.
The hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool, though some guests found the bathrooms cramped and lacking tubs, which may not be suitable for families with young children. While breakfast options were noted as limited in quality, guests appreciate the yogurt bowl area. Overall, TownePlace Suites Texarkana is recommended for its central location and spacious accommodations, despite some areas needing improvement. With a little attention to cleaning and maintenance, it has the potential to be a great, affordable hotel option.
I always enjoy TownePlace Suites. They are my go-to when traveling and this one didn't let me down

For the price you can't beat this place. The staff is always amazing, the breakfast is small but great choices, and the gym is great. We stay there several time a year and have never had an issue.
