The slow idiot at Verizon was extremely rude to my mother who wanted to upgrade her iPad. He was too lazy to do his own job and wanted her to go home and do it herself online. The people at Verizon used to be so nice, now they’re rude, lazy, and not helpful at all. Do not work somewhere if you’re too lazy to earn your keep. There’s no excuse for it. People like him are the downfall of our economy and society.

I visited this Verizon store on Saint Michael Drive to ask some questions concerning the use of my mobile device while on a cruise ship. There were four employees in the office with no other customers present. I had made a previous appointment and was able to speak to someone when I walked inside the store. When I introduced myself and began to mention my purpose in visiting, a young Caucasian lady with glasses and a middle-aged African-American lady both began speaking simultaneously, stating that they had no access to international plans for my mobile devices in their store – – they stated this abruptly, even before I had finished speaking. They both appeared as if I was wasting their time speaking to them, and the African-American lady spontaneously spouted off, how Wi-Fi on cruise ships was too expensive and I should never use it. The African-American lady then walked off to visit with two other African-American employees in the store. The young Caucasian lady did answer, reluctantly, and with condescension, a few questions concerning the use of airplane mode and Wi-Fi, but both of the main goals of these women was to get me to exit the store as soon as possible. I should think abruptness and rudeness should not be part of taking care of customers. This visit was at 11 AM on August 7.

One star review because of Reginald Mashood. I can't imagine how many more people he's scammed. Verizon, you need to take a closer look at your workers.

Grandma got scammed. She went to get a new phone. They brought the wrong phone to her. They made her open the box for a new phone. He then made to her pay an extra $100 for the phone because or pay a $50 to restock. On top of that he wanted her to pay $89 cash. The manager was by him the whole time. Do not recommend this store to anyone. THEY WILL TAKE AVANTAGE OF YOU

INCOMPETENT STAFF WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.My great family friend was recently taken financially advantage of by sells staff at this local Verizon. I understand fees, but to say they are only allowed to except certain fees IN CASH is ridiculous. Be careful going to this store because it seems like if they can, they will try to get every last penny out of you using any trick they can. Also if they think you wouldn't know no better they will try to get you to hand over cash for "FEES AND YOU CAN'T USE A CARD FOR".

They charged me 30 dollars for setting up a phone that was never taken out of the box and I didn't notice until I got home. They hung up on me multiple times when I called the store to try to talk to a manager

I have been a customer of Verizon for years. I came in to upgrade my phone which I did. The fact that they want to charge $30 to activate my new phone in the store is absurd!!! They do nothing to help unless you pay $30. Verizon should treat their loyal customers better. Feels like they are charging me for customer service.
