Tried to deposit money in a family member’s account. Using cash and was told that I couldn’t. This may be a standard but it doesn’t make sense. You have the account number and putting money in not stealing money. Said my name had to be on the account.

The teller was very professional and personable. Not too busy. Saturday around 9:30am. We don't have a Wells Fargo Bank in our northwest town so going into a bank in my wife's family hometown was a treat.

I've had some bad experiences in the past here, but it's getting better here. +it's been a long time. This branch is constantly getting better. Now, everyone's so kind and helpful. I almost like coming in here. However, I do wish things could speed up a little bit. Maybe one or two extra hands..
