The clerks at this location have a habit of asking customers (who are withdrawing a large amount of money) What joyous occasion are you using the money for. It’s none of your business what customers are spending their money on. Please consider that sometimes people have to get large amounts of money out to pay for a funeral, bail someone out of jail, pay college tuition or fix emergency home repairs not every withdrawal is a joyous occasion. Please stop asking customers this question.

Despite encountering some account issues, the team at this branch went above and beyond to assist me, resolving every concern with utmost professionalism and efficiency.

She not only addressed my queries promptly but also went the extra mile to ensure that I felt valued and understood throughout the process. This bank is screwing up. More than 5 years back when my wife opened an account with Wells Fargo we made sure that she got a free cashier cheque without paying a fee if needed; we filled the necessary requirement. Today she went to this branch and the lady asked for $10 as a fee. They changed the stupid requirement without notifying us. The lady was rude like an angry bird.

THE NEED MORE TELLERS ! this is not a small bank it’s Wells Fargo and they can afford to hire more people every single time we go there it’s a 45 min to an hour wait ! This is insane!

This is the Absolute slowest bank I have ever been to. If my job did not have business here I would not go here. I feel they do not care how long customers have to wait. Example, I just came to get change there was 1 car ahead of me and it took 40 mins to move up in line. I had to go through commercial line or I would have moved. Just saying I do NOT recommend Wells Fargo of Texarkana if you have a business to run.

By far the slowest bank on the planet! Every time I go here, it doesn’t matter if there is someone in line or not, these people drag their feet! Took 30 minutes to deposit 1 check! 1 check! People are in their lunch break trying to get stuff done! Y’all need to speed it up or something because this work ethic is the worst I’ve ever seen!

The teller was rude I called my dad because he’s the one who wrote a check to me and she leaned over the counter and said I didn’t tell you to call him. And was making comments about not accepting my check and saying why can’t he just wire you money. Extremely rude won’t be back

Poor customer service. We went in last week to open an account. Told a lady we were there for that reason. She said OK and literally walked out the back door for lunch. Found someone else who said there were no appointments that day. She suggested we go to another branch or come back another day. We set an appointment for this week. Showed up, and was greeted by a young lady who told us "I'd help you but I have to go to lunch in 30 min and it'll take too long to help you."Still, we have an appointment. So we find someone else who was talking to a different customer. We waited so as not to interrupt, and overheard her say "I have an appointment right now, I'll help them, then I can help you." She then spent 15 minutes with that gentleman, and we hadn't been seen (or even acknowledged).We left to go open an account across the street. We were greeted, and bumped into (potential) customers that we also saw at Wells Fargo. Evidently they were treated with the same disrespect and chose to open their account with the bank across the street as well.I've always had less than stellar experiences with Wells Fargo, but this location takes the cake. Thumbs down.
