The staff are friendly and helpful and the team were very welcoming. The store free shipping on online order and helped return and place a new one. Helpful staff are taking care of clothing exchanges and a mislabeled sweater. Merchandise was reasonably priced and bargains are pretty good. Clothing were in the fitting room. Staff called other stores to find the exact shirt. Overall the experience was great and pleasant place to shop.

Friendly staff that helped me return my online order and place a new one with free shipping. I wish they had more XS in-store, but that seems to be corporate decision as the Katy location doesn't carry XS in-store either.

Over all a great experience,the staff were beyond friendly and helpful, led by a lady called Titiana or something like that, my clothes were in the fitting room before I was . I like the five star experience and bargains were pretty good too,
