“We found helpful staff and good prices at the gap.. I do wish that mall wood would make the overhange where they would get the water off the customers on rainy days.. I suspect that is that the customer base diminishes significantly on rainy days..”

“I had a great experience today at Polo Ralph Lauren especially with the worker/associate Rob Quezada, he was so helpful to me and my family, I appreciated his services so much that i went out of my way to ask his name and to leave this 5 Star review. Told me of all the discounts and showed me around in great detail. I don’t usually leave reviews but he definitely deserves it, will be coming back 👍”

“Stopped by to browse the latest collection. The store is very spacious, clean, and well-lit. Even though I didn't pick anything up this time, I was impressed by the huge variety of handbags and wallets on display. The staff was polite and let me browse comfortably without any pressure. A great place to check out trends if you're at the mall”

“Friendly staff that helped me return my online order and place a new one with free shipping. I wish they had more XS in-store, but that seems to be corporate decision as the Katy location doesn't carry XS in-store either.”

“Aydia was checking me out today and she was the sweetest! She was super patient when I noticed a pair of shorts on the mannequin behind her and asked about them. Then I made a comment wondering if they had my size.. She got on her Lil talkie thing and asked for me. Meanwhile this is while she's checking me out, she wasn't annoyed or anything! She also helped me figure out my discount and saved me money. Great experience!”

“When shopping in store, check their website for cheaper prices. You can order in-store at the checkout register and have it shipped to your home for free (no minimum required). Remember to tell them any online promo codes (store-only coupons won't work). I got my clothes half-price ordering this way and still got to use my in-store-only merchandise credit.”

“Kiki was like, I LOVE THIS STORE. I was like, "why, Kiki?" And when Elton John did a duet with Kiki Dee, a lot of his fans were like, Why Kiki? But she did fine. This is a really nice store with a lot of cute clothing. I found a lot of really nice items here. The guy who works here was super nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back again so Barbie can see what new styles they have! She's obsessed. Anyway, let's have a Kiki. A Wai Kiki.”

“I’ll preface this by saying it’s my birthday, and I’m always high on life on my birthday….well, most mornings because that’s just me. Anyway, I love the Converse Store. The “closest” outlet to me is in Webster, so it’s not close but I drive there. I checked the mall’s hours of op, and it said 10am. When I get there, the Converse store doesn’t open till 11am. There’s a note posted stating “Temporary Hours”, so I pull out my phone and wait. At 11, I don’t see the lights on or activity inside, but I try the door anyway because it could be open and I’d just be just a knucklehead waiting on a store to open when it’s already open, but no. It’s still locked. So I sit back down and wait, knowing I can’t wait too long because I have to be somewhere at noon. About a minute or so later, Ashanti (I asked for her name) opens the door and says, “We haven’t even had time to turn the music on.” She didn’t say good morning or anything seemingly pleasant. Your store hours say 11, not 11:02. So of course my happy mood is a little bit knocked askew, but I’m not letting someone else control my feelings, so I walked in, searched for a pair of new Chucks, and had it not been for Mack, Ashanti’s co-worker, my morning experience would have been a little less bright. Great job, Mack! Thank you for being a nice person and knowing how to treat paying customers.”

“Oh man, where can I even start.. Zaveon was the sweetest employee I've ever met, he talked to me the whole time and asked me what type of purses I'm interested in, as well as recommended me bags that he thought would fit me. He was super talkative throughout the whole experience. Please give him a raise, he deserves it for how well he does his job and treats customers! I absolutely will be coming back soon, as well as recommending kate spade to my friends. Thank you Zaveon for an amazing experience!!”

“Absolutely loved our visit! The staff was incredibly friendly and made my wife’s experience awesome from start to finish. She especially loved all the Christian-themed T-shirts, they were uplifting, creative, and right up her alley. My only suggestion (in a fun way 😄) is to add a Christian-themed options for the men too! Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommend!”
