Staff members are honest, polite, and quick to help in emergencies, such as providing a room after a power outage. However, some guests experienced inconveniences, including a burst pipe that caused a significant disruption without much compensation, and rooms with a musty smell. The hotel does not offer breakfast, which was a minor disappointment for some visitors. Overall, guests found the hotel to be pleasant, clean, and worth staying at again, especially for its friendly service and convenient location.
We were here for a cruise. The hotel allows guests to leave their cars while they are on the cruise. This is a big plus for us!

Great place to stay for a Galveston visit. The front desk employees are pleasant & helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Parking was well lit. My go to for my next visit.
