Honest man, that knows what he is doing and actually takes pride in it. Have taken numerous vehicles here and he always gets them right!

Cesar did a good job,there was an un-expected delay but that's how it goes sometimes.I must admit I was a little upset to begin with but overall he did a good job and I would rather someone take a little longer and do a good job than to just rush through and miss something.So I would like to say "thank you Cesar!"
