Kyle called me back late Wednesday and said your vehicle is ready! It turned out to be a minor issue and I left happy and cool! I can’t say enough great things about this business. “My water pump went out on my Explorer. It is tied in with my timing chain, so both had to be replaced. Of course this happened a day after Hurricane Beryol hit the area. It took a few days to fix because of this, which I think is good considering the circumstances. My vehicle is running fine again since I’ve gotten it back.”

We went to Raw Wheels and Tires to get tires installed, and the experience exceeded our expectations.
The manager, Jay, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. Paige (who I believe handles reception, cashier duties, and orders) was also amazing—very knowledgeable, sweet, and provided excellent customer service. Mario was just as great and made the experience even better.
What stood out most was that we expected it to be a simple install and figured if any issues came up, we’d probably have to go somewhere else. Instead, Jay stepped in, helped his crew, made sure everything was taken care of, and made sure we left happy and satisfied. He even told us to reach out in the future if we needed anything and that he’d take care of us.
Great customer service like this is rare these days, and I’m so glad we were referred here. They absolutely deserve more attention and recognition. Highly recommend!”
