“This business is conveniently located in the Kroger Shopping center at the corner of FM 270 and Main Street in League City. I have always had good service. I broke my arm and had to fax some paperwork. The man who was there was very helpful. I would recommend this place for your business needs.”

“Leaving this review for service from fedex delivery company. I recently had a package delivery I missed. Fedex went above and beyond to get the package to me after our location was reported as closed to get the package to me the following day. They followed up with me the following day to make sure we had great service on that delivery and ensured the package reached us. The customer service for that follow up call was American. I was very grateful for the follow-up. Fedex as a company is a lot more accountable than UPS.”
“Each time I have used their services their help has been excellent. I do all of my mailing at their store. The majority of my packages are shipped using UPS and a small portion has been the other, USPS. Also, the USPS mail sent through this store has a higher chance of reaching its destination because it has less hands touching it.
The UPS store is the new USPS as far as I am concerned.

“I visited The Mailbox today at around 1:30pm. Awesome service by young lady over there, who was the only staff available that time. While she was helping another customer packing big shipment, she multitasked and completed my shipment in few minutes without making me wait for long time!”
