“I’ll preface this by saying it’s my birthday, and I’m always high on life on my birthday….well, most mornings because that’s just me. Anyway, I love the Converse Store. The “closest” outlet to me is in Webster, so it’s not close but I drive there. I checked the mall’s hours of op, and it said 10am. When I get there, the Converse store doesn’t open till 11am. There’s a note posted stating “Temporary Hours”, so I pull out my phone and wait. At 11, I don’t see the lights on or activity inside, but I try the door anyway because it could be open and I’d just be just a knucklehead waiting on a store to open when it’s already open, but no. It’s still locked. So I sit back down and wait, knowing I can’t wait too long because I have to be somewhere at noon. About a minute or so later, Ashanti (I asked for her name) opens the door and says, “We haven’t even had time to turn the music on.” She didn’t say good morning or anything seemingly pleasant. Your store hours say 11, not 11:02. So of course my happy mood is a little bit knocked askew, but I’m not letting someone else control my feelings, so I walked in, searched for a pair of new Chucks, and had it not been for Mack, Ashanti’s co-worker, my morning experience would have been a little less bright. Great job, Mack! Thank you for being a nice person and knowing how to treat paying customers.”

“This place always has awesome discounts on shoes and clothes! They got Cardi B, Alan Iverson, Shaq, a variety of Reebok Pumps, and other classic style shoes at some pretty ridiculously good deals. Also, every time I've walked in, it's a friendly atmosphere, no pushy salesman, and still felt like I got personalized service. “I love Skechers so when I found out there was a Skechers in the Outlet mall, I took a day trip (from Galveston HAHA) to visit. They have a terrific selection of shoes! I ended up buying two pair! Because it was my first visit, I also got 20% off! All in all a great day. I enjoyed the outdoor shopping and a quick bite to eat in the food court area as well.”

“I really enjoyed visiting this store for the first time. The staff is extremely friendly. They didn't have fitting rooms available though. I struggle with finding clothes that I like, and they had clothes from my imagination that I tried looking for so long that not even amazon or shein. I walked in and immediately saw clothes that caught my eye. I Also loved that the outfits they had were right next to the items that put it together. In most stores, when you want to get the outfit the maniquí is wearing and you can't find the shirt or the pants anywhere.”
