“Very good experience, all the clothing items were nicely priced. Store was very well organized, and staff were ready to help. But the staff need to make customers try on the clothes INSIDE the fitting room and not in the main store, it creates a very awkward environment. Otherwise this store is pretty nice”

“About to take an Alaskan cruise, in a week and stopped by the Columbia Factory Store in Texas City to check on a raincoat. I found the Nordic Point FS Interchange Rain Jacket that I really liked. It has layers you can take out or put in the jacket, depending on the weather. They didn't have my size, but they did have the right size for my girl, so we bought her one. Found her's on the Clearance rack and got a $230.00 jacket for under $60.00. Perfect fit and her favorite color.
Talia (the Store Manager) was helping us, and she volunteered to call another location in Cypress, TX to see if they had my size. She called, they had it in stock, so she had them set it aside for me to pick up the next day.
I can't brag enough on Talia @ the Texas City location; she went above and beyond to help us find a rain jacket for me. We looked at many options. She went into the back and located a few possible options for me, in case we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. Way to go Talia!! Very professional, and great listener and very, very helpful in trying to solve my needs. Hats off to you!!
I went to the Cypress store the following day, and told them there was a raincoat that was being held for me, and I was ready to pick it up and buy it. They gave me the coat, and it was a Women's XL (wrong coat), whap whap whaa.
Natalee heard of my situation, and she took it upon herself to go look around to see if she could find my raincoat. She did. They had put my raincoat, in the back, with my name on it, and she found it for me and needless to say, I was ecstatic when she came out with the right, XL Men's raincoat. I thanked her profusely and paid for it, immediately.
I want to brag on Columbia Factory Stores, on Talia and Natalee. Never have I been more impressed with the customer care these two have shown over the last 2 days. The prices were beyond fair, and with other discounts in place, just great deals.

I've been having some issues with an online order for the past 2 weeks and because the online agents weren't very helpful, I wasn't expecting much more from the store. I called anyway and got ahold of Kayla G (at the Tanger Outlet in TX City) and she went to work for me. What I needed took some time because of recent changes in Crocs' system, but she really impressed me with her patience, tenacity, and problem-solving skills. It took multiple searches and back-and-forth on the phone, but she got me the answer! She is a detective. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kayla G for going above and beyond to satisfy this customer. You are an exemplary employee and I wish you nothing but the best moving forward!”
“The customer service at this store is excellent. I came in today to look at some pairs of shoes and I ended up walking away with some great shoes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was approached by the friendly staff a few times and they asked if I needed anything. The manager is doing a great job making sure that the staff are providing good customer service. “I’ll preface this by saying it’s my birthday, and I’m always high on life on my birthday….well, most mornings because that’s just me. Anyway, I love the Converse Store. The “closest” outlet to me is in Webster, so it’s not close but I drive there. I checked the mall’s hours of op, and it said 10am. When I get there, the Converse store doesn’t open till 11am. There’s a note posted stating “Temporary Hours”, so I pull out my phone and wait. At 11, I don’t see the lights on or activity inside, but I try the door anyway because it could be open and I’d just be just a knucklehead waiting on a store to open when it’s already open, but no. It’s still locked. So I sit back down and wait, knowing I can’t wait too long because I have to be somewhere at noon. About a minute or so later, Ashanti (I asked for her name) opens the door and says, “We haven’t even had time to turn the music on.” She didn’t say good morning or anything seemingly pleasant. Your store hours say 11, not 11:02. So of course my happy mood is a little bit knocked askew, but I’m not letting someone else control my feelings, so I walked in, searched for a pair of new Chucks, and had it not been for Mack, Ashanti’s co-worker, my morning experience would have been a little less bright. Great job, Mack! Thank you for being a nice person and knowing how to treat paying customers.”
