This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I booked a Jacuzzi suite for my husband's birthday. When we check in the guy at the desk said the people in the room the night before "made a big mess" and that the carpet was a little damp. He said this was the only Jacuzzi room they had available. We accept the room and quickly realize a little damp was a gross understatement. The carpet all around the Jacuzzi and stretching all the way over to the bed was soaking wet. This was at 1pm and we had plans that day so we put our stuff down and left. When we returned around 9pm the smell of mildew was so strong we could smell it before we opened the door. I went to the desk and told the employee and he said he wanted to see the room. When he came to the room he said he only got a faint whiff of something but he wasn't sure what it was coming from. He felt the carpet and told us it's because when you get out of the Jacuzzi the carpet gets wet and it's normal. I asked for a new room. He advised me there were no other Jacuzzi rooms or rooms with a king size bed. He takes us to a different room and told us this room was recently renovated and much nicer than the first room, which was supposed to be a suite. Both rooms were dirty. The Jacuzzi suite was disgusting. The wall was all rotted away around the Jacuzzi. It was apparent there has been lots of water spilled there with no attempt to fix it. There were holes in the wall and ceiling of the bathroom. The second room had cigarette burns in the bedding. The shower had a complicated way to turn on. I attempted to call the front desk to ask how it works and realized the phone in the room was just for decoration apparently because there were no cords connecting it to anything. This is when I had enough. What if there was an emergency and we didn't have cell phones? Are you that lazy that you think you can get away with just sticking a phone in there that didn't function at all. I took the phone to the desk with me and let the employee (same one from the night before) know it was just sitting on the side table not connected to anything he just took it from me with no response. When I asked about the shower he was trying to explain how it worked but just kept telling us to read the directions on the wall in the shower. The customers behind us had to explain how to work the shower and they said they had to read the directions to understand. When I went back to the room I verified that there were no instructions in our bathroom. I will be reaching out to comfort suites corporate to let them know about this experience. This seems to be a franchise location and I don't know how they will feel about this place representing their business. Save yourself the time and money, look at my pictures and find a different place to stay!!!!Rooms: Disgusting

The elevator was out of service. The whole time we were there. we did not get towels in our room and had to keep requesting them. The carpet was absolutely filthy throughout the whole hotel. I found the hotel staff to be pretty wonderful.

This Hotel is horrible!!! I had booked a 7 night stay for 2 adults and 4 children over the phone with choice hotels customer service. The lady that helped me was super sweet. When we got to the hotel I was dropped off at the front by my husband to get us all checked in. Checking in went fine until 4 of my children(my husband was still unloading the car) came walking in and he rudely asked me how much in my room. I said I reserved for 6. He said, "No thats too much, you need to get another room." Mind you I had no problems making the reservation for 6 over the phone through customer service. So at this point we are going back and forth so I asked to speak to a manager. Manager came and he straight up tells me, "No hotels allow 6 people in a room!" At this point Im laughing because we mainly stay at hiltons all the time with my family of 6. The manager and me are going back and forth all the while being so Rude. Than all of a sudden their attitude changes as soon as my husband walks through the front door. All of a sudden the manager says its ok now for all 6 of us to stay in 1 room. By this point I just want to cancel and look somewhere else but we drove 13 hours straight all morning and we're all tired. We walk to the room and it was so horrible I cried and told my husband we are not staying here. Bed covers were stained, walls looked like water was leaking through, smell was horrible, bathroom/tub had mildew stains. My house and bathroom is way cleaner than that! We all went back downstairs and I had my husband talk to them. They asked my husband why we wanted to cancel our stay he straight up told them, "because my house is way cleaner than this!" They charged us only for the 1 night and refunded the remaining 6 nights which was good.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! If I could choose 0 stars I would!I dont normally write any bad reviews at all for anything. This is actually my first negative one ever.Rooms: The one we had was gross!Safety: Walking through the halls the ground felt like we were about to fall through!

By far one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in. The hallway on the 3rd floor had parts in it that felt like you would fall through the floor. The odor in the entire hotel was disgusting. The phone in the room didn’t work, the sink didn’t drain, the carpet was filthy. This hotel is absolutely trash.

First the good. The front desk gentleman Dnk was so helpful, kind and patient. This was the best thing about this place. The rooms reek of an obnoxious air freshener and the window didn't open. I coughed and choked on it all night. Half the parking lot lights were out! I did not feel safe having to leave things in my car, but I am moving from Canada to Mexico. The front desk gentleman helped me with a room where I could at least see my car and it is on camera.I never found the light switch for the lamp by the couch, finally plugged it into wall and was then blinded by the harsh bright pure white light bulb. That made the dark brown paint and carpet look even worse. I'm not a picky person, but no, just no to ever staying here again. I'm a Chouce Hotels member and expect much, much better rooms than this. Please management, lose the air freshener and lower the harsh lights. Add a bathroom fan. Buy warm white bulbs. The TV was set to extremely bright orange technicolor with no setting changes possible. I couldn't find a channel guide either and scrolled for 10 minutes to find my news channel. Normally I don't leave reviews if I had a bad experience, but Comfort Suites please DO something here!UPDATE...I reluctantly called Dnk. He moved me across the hall, opened a window and turned on the AC! I am so happy! This fellow has a real future in hospitality. He made my stay so much better!

My family had a horrible experience. First of all we were placed on the third floor (which is completely fine) however, when we got up there most of the floor was under construction and smelled like construction supplies which messed with my asthma. Then we realized the ac in the room didn't work and the room was HOT my husband asked for a new room and we were told they were booked (yet you could go online and still book a room for the night) the bed sheets had holes in them and I would wake up with bugs on my blanket every morning. The pull out sofa was more comfortable than the actual beds. The breakfast was horrible as well. We will never stay here again.Rooms: Horrible and smelly with holes in blankets and just down right horrible roomsFood & drinks: The breakfast was horrible. The sausage looked undercooked and what they called eggs were basically just powder on your plate.

Rooms were good , location was calm and nice.. only thing was we had wait 30+min to get our room but front desk was good to offer some drinks. But it would have been good if we don't have wait.

I have stayed at this hotel almost a dozen times. Very affordable, clean and most important to me is customer service. The staff here is amazing. The gentleman at the front desk named Brian has the best personality..He is always helpful and makes us feel right at home. The area is very safe. Lots of restaurants and shopping.Rooms: Rooms were a bit out dated but they were very clean.. Bed was comfortable.Safety: Very safe area.

This place was horrible. I booked this room as part of a nice weekend getaway but it wasn’t very nice at all. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room where you needed to let the water run clear in the bathtub - was all black/grey when I turned the water on at first. For the price point this place is just so bad - I feel like I could’ve stayed at a nicer motel for $20-$30 less! I got vertigo from the smell of mildew and mold. I’ll never stay at another Comfort Suites again. The carpet felt sticky - It was disgusting enough that I didn’t want to walk barefoot on it. This place is in unbelievably bad shape and I feel like I wasted my money staying here - it was such a horrible room.

I have never experienced such a dreadful hotel stay. I had three rooms booked, they cancelled one without any form of communication to inform me. Couldn’t give me a reason why and wouldn’t allow me to speak to a manager. Told us there weren’t any rooms available but when we went to book online, rooms were available. Made us pay cash for the room and was told they could not give us a receipt. The rooms smelled like marijuana, cigarettes, and an entire bottle of Fabuloso. The carpet was stained everywhere and filthy. The elevator didn’t work and my mother is in a wheelchair so, we had to help her down two flights of stairs. The breakfast was a hysterical attempt at being edible. The eggs were cold as if they had just come out of the fridge. The hash browns were still frozen and the coffee tasted like water. At $125 a night, this place is taking you on a run for your money. I do not recommend any individual stay here.

This place is a dump! Filthy disgusting dirty room with a bed that had been slept in and not cleaned. Hair all over the four pillows along with the sheets. It’s hard to see the dirty pillows in the pictures from someone laying their nasty head on. Lord knows what that is on the walls. I would highly recommend NOT staying here. I gave them a chance to refund my money and it never happened. I hope this place goes out of business soon.

Great place to stay. Breakfast is great, service is great, front desk staff friendly, no bug problems, pets allowed also have big field to walk pets in, pool and gym are great. Walmart is very near by if you forgot something or need something. Lots of restaurants close by too.

This place is a joke. They expect you too pay a rate of $100 dollars or more on the weekend for a room that may or may not be applicable for an individual to stay in. It smells of mold, the walls and carpets are miscolored or missing. And there are bugs in the bathroom, on the carpet next to the bed, and also around the ac. It's just disgusting in my opinion. Alot of homeless ppl stand in the lobby or outside. I hate feeling like I have something on me, which would be fleas or bed bugs. I have had food poisoning from the sausage. I'm not racist but this place is. The only decent employee here would be the short Indian guy with the glasses. He accommodates me and my boyfriend when there are issues with the rooms they put us in. Being here on business, I would of expected more especially for the location of the hotel. Please update your hotel or hire new employees who actually know how to work. And comment referencing to the owner, update the hotel or you will go out of business. Just saying too many things have gone here health wise where it's beginning to not be a safe place to stay. I'm allergic to mold, and there's mold everywhere in that hotel.

Very accommodating. Staff is amazing. But this hotel is falling apart. Our ceiling is caving in from an obvious water leak. The room has a horrible moldy smell. Likely related to the water leak. This was a really nice hotel when it was built, but it simply gets no regular maintenance or updating. With competing hotels near by, you’d think this owner would do something. Oh, and the huge dead rat in the parking lot? Not a good selling point.Rooms: Very dated and smelly. Need updating badly.
