Comfort Suites The Colony - Plano West offers clean and comfy rooms in a good location close to many attractions. The staff is generally friendly, delightful, and helpful, with some employees going above and beyond. However, some guests experienced issues with cold showers, limited towels, and housekeeping not cleaning rooms or replacing items during longer stays. The continental breakfast was not great for some. Potential guests should be aware of possible ongoing construction and that security cameras are in use. Many visitors had a great stay and would return.
David, the evening manager is extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Housekeeping friendly.

Good places to go, one small change on your breakfast 😋 the same foods every day, besides that everything is good 👍

Quick service when checking in, rooms were clean and safe. Hotel was extremely quiet. Don’t always listen to the bad reviews. This hotel was perfect for the price.
