“This Dollar Tree store is one of the best I’ve seen lately. It is fully stocked and clean.It seems like most of the Dollar Tree stores these days are poorly managed and understaffed.I’m not sure if this store is under new management but it’s definitely in good shape. It wasn’t a few months ago but it has definitely improved since then. The manager and employees here are very nice and helpful.There is another store closer to me that’s a complete disaster, so I will continue to drive out of my way to shop at this store.”

“The prices saved me lots of money. Plus they keep it well stocked. I mean store brand 4 rolls bathroom tissue was 4 dollars. 1 ply 1000 squares. Great. They also had paper towels 2 roll packs a dollar fifty. Cokes usually 6 dollars for 6 pack 16.9oz for $4.50. On special. Very good store,minimal wait time,as line moves fastThe dairy section very well stocked. The cashier was really fast and friendly. Zero panhandlers”
“This Dollar Tree is the best, cleanest, and most accommodating Dollar Tree I’ve ever been in! I was in total Awe of the way it even looked and smelled! Staff was very helpful and friendly to me but I noticed their interactions with other customers. No boxes were in the aisles like others I’ve been in. I’m still talking about this. Whoever is responsible for this location needs to share expertise and with other dollar tree locations. The one in Coppell is terrible except for 1 employee/cashier”

“I had a great experience at this location thanks to James, the cashier. The store was very busy and the line was long, but James kept such a positive attitude the entire time. Even with the rush, he stayed calm, friendly, and professional with every customer.
While waiting in line, I watched his interactions with the people in front of me and he was genuinely kind and patient with everyone. It’s not easy to keep that level of positivity during a busy shift, but he handled it so well and made the experience much more pleasant.

“This Dollar Tree has been our go-to location for many years. Over the last year the store really has suffered with perhaps lack of leadership or maybe lack of staff. The store was dirty, shelves were empty and where there was stock it was usually in a state of disarray. We’ve been skipping this location and visiting the location further up El Dorado near Target. Today our experience was different. When you walk in you can tell there is a change. The front of the store was neat and inviting. As we walked through the store, we had the same experience. Shelves were full and neatly organized. We stopped to give an employee stocking shelves appreciative feedback. We asked if the manager was in. He said the District Manager was in and went to get him. As we spoke with the DM he shared they have been working to turn the store around. It showed for sure! I hope that Dollar Tree Corp. continues to invest in leadership which in turn will have a positive impact on employees and customers. It was nice to be able to shop in this location again!”
“Today I went to Dollar Tree with my daughter. She was happily walking around with her gift card when it slipped from her hand and slid under one of the racks. I asked the cashier for help, and even though she had a long line at the register, she still came over to try. She then called another cashier, and he helped us retrieve the gift card. They were helping us without any irritation! Kudos to those cashiers, ben and I don’t remember the name of lady in the front! I appreciate their timely help and that’s what matters end of the day for a business to grow stronger”
“I NEVER leave reviews—but I left a negative one for the DG off Huffines because the manager wanted to fight me for throwing a baguette outside for the birds. I just wanted to express my gratitude after that trying experience. These guys were so chill. I was greeted upon walking in and he even let me re-enter my alternate ID when it didn’t take the first time. The experience was great and the store was organized and stocked. Give this DG your business because they actually gave off the impression that they would care if I lived or died. Thanks besties!”
