He will be in touch with you over calls/text for every question you may have and respond timely and accurately.And there is one more person Mr. Mike who also has great knowledge of PCBs and will go over and beyond to diagnose the faulty part in the board and repair it.These good people are into TV repair but they helped me fix my Pool automation PCB which is not their line of business but definitely not out of their league.And the price was very very reasonable. My pool tech quoted me a hefty amount and I was planning to file and insurance claim but they did the job for very reasonable amount.Next time you have any issue with your printed circuit board check once with Mr. Mike, Mr. Kevin and anybody at M J electronics .”

Before I even left the lot one of the amazing techs (Stacey I believe) was flagging me down. She showed me that my son's ipad was not cracked it was just a screen protector that was!! They could have never told me and charged me for the new screen and I would NEVER had known. Instead I bought a new screen protector and became a lifelong customer. “Screen was broken, they had the best price. When i picked it up, they told me they had damaged the charging port and had ordered one to replace it, just bring it back in a couple of days. Even though the charging port was still working, they replaced it for free. I would have never known, so kudos to these guys.”

“My non-warranty Epson 6040UB projector died. As I was shopping for a replacement a local AV Retailer suggested I consider taking the unit to RO for evaluation. I considered this previously but the diagnostic charges including shipping from vendors I contacted were excessive for an unknown problem. On Wednesday I dropped off the projector. Within 48 hours I had an estimated cost to repair. After agreeing to the repair on a Friday morning I get a call on Tuesday that the unit is repaired including calibration to Factory Specifications all at a reasonable price. Impressive results, period.”
“I was able to schedule an iPhone battery replacement online. When I arrived at the store, I was promptly waited on and told an estimate of completion (of less than 1 hour).
I ran an errand and was called less than 1 hour later that it was completed. In addition, they cleaned out the charging port of lint that had collected that could restrict proper charging. They even called when they discovered that to ensure I really needed a battery. I said yes since the battery life was 76% and the phone would not hold a charge very long.”
