“Idk how I haven't given a review of this place yet. I went a year ago; The person I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I had what I thought was an obscure issue with a decades old Sony camcorder and he made an initial repair that didn't last more than a few days and took it back and permanently fixed it free of charge when it had the issue again. Honorable service like that is hard to come by these days. Worth every penny, IMO.”

“Hands Down to the "Double B Team" Bri and Brett are awesome! Brett called me right away to ask when a good time for me to come in was. I was literally about to call them before Brett called me. It was ironic. So, I asked Brett, would 2pm work?, He said absolutely!I needed a new glass screen and screen protector. Bri had my phone fixed and beautified fast. It's so pretty, I asked her to take pictures of my phone. I drove 12 milesbecause they are the BEST!This is my second time having them fix my cracked screen. I'm clumbsy. “Phenomenal local game shop, by nerds for nerds. They've got the latest consoles, but more importantly (for me), they service consoles, controllers, etc. I had a PS5 controller that had started to drift, and they cleaned it up and got it working again! While it's not much cheaper than getting a refurbished one, it's totally worth it to me to avoid being wasteful.They also have a grade reward system, which my kids appreciate, and just generally an excellent shop where I immediately felt at home. I'll definitely be back to browse, and when my controllers inevitably begin to degrade.”

“Screen was broken, they had the best price. When i picked it up, they told me they had damaged the charging port and had ordered one to replace it, just bring it back in a couple of days. Even though the charging port was still working, they replaced it for free. I would have never known, so kudos to these guys.”

“I drove past the store, located less than a mile from my home, which is located on 75 in Park Ln. due to the rude snippet remarks of their manager, Tony he act as if I was bothering him so I decided to go to the Plano store This store was worth the drive. I love the staff. They are well educated they look like they enjoy what they do. It is 180° turn from the nightmare that sits on park 75 and Park Lane.. If you have a problem, no matter where in the metroplex go to this store in Plano, I had them reserve two more batteries for the bat pack that I needed for my equip. I will be picking it up next week.”

“I went there yesterday to get a new battery and installation for my ailing iPhone. I was told it could take 30-60 minutes depending on how busy they were. Luckily for me, I hit an off time. First off, Shelley gave me his chair, he could see I was disabled. And then got right to work on my phone. He was finished in 15 minutes. We had a good conversation which made time pass easily. I also got a 10% discount. They have every battery and bulb you could possibly need. Great for a quick key fob battery change. I highly recommend Batteries +. “UPDATE:Steve called me and informed me that Asurion was to blame for all my response failures. He also contacted someone and had it corrected. Very nice man. He had told them weeks ago that the TV was not able to be fixed due to the screen being frameless but they failed to update my account with proper notes. He called them on my behalf and provided his cell number so that if they still do not hold up to their end of the bargain, he can help me get my tv replaced since that's what he told them to do 5 weeks ago.It seems the proprietor of this company is more interested in making excuses for poor customer service on his Google and yelp reviews than he is in actually answering or returning customer phone calls. If you expect updates as to the status of your repair, use someone else. This place is the epitome of unreliable and unresponsive. They'll be Johnny on the spot when you first make contact, but once they know they have you over a barrel, you're screwed. All I require is communication. I'm not even asking them to get to my repair in a certain time frame. I'm not asking that they make the impossible happen. I do expect frequent updates and full communication and disclosure. I don't believe that's too much to ask.”
