My Epson 6040UB projector had a failed iris housing, and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue, order the correct replacement part, and get everything repaired and working perfectly again. “10/10!!! I randomly stopped by (didn't realize they had a form on their website to fill out) after having spilled RED GATORADE all into my Macbook Air M2 keyboard... It was impossible to type with the sticky keys (and you can't remove the keycaps, thanks Apple for that one). But these guys KNOW what they are doing. They deep dived into my Macbook, found that even the trackpad needed a really bad deep dive and I swear to you not they handed it back to me like it was brand spanking new. Performance is even a little better too! Turnaround time was less than 24 hours despite how busy they are. Thank you guys so, so, SO MUCH. Unfortunately I am moving out of the area soon, but I hope this review helps to grow your clientele because you deserve it!!!”
