“We have visited a few HBH locations in the DFW area and NONE compare to the quality and outstanding service than the one in Plano (off of Preston Road).Everyone was friendly, helpful and encouraged us all to try new items; including the broccoli casserole and sliders!Whenever we come to a HBH, no matter where we are in Dallas, we’ll be sure to come to this location and tell others as well.The line may be long on occasions, but well worth the wait.Please go find out for yourself.The Manager is very helpful and the experience is well worth it.”

“Stopped by for lunch on National Sandwich Day..so glad we did ! The Tavern Club was delicious,and the slider samples we tasted were very good..We will be back for the biscuit one. However, it was the customer service by Ms Kristy and Anthony that did it for me. She was soo friendly,welcoming and courteous! Anthony made a great sandwich with a smile on his face. I've been back a few times since I was born and raised here in America and much of the Mexican food is new to me especially when it's real classic Mexican home meals and this place makes amazing food. “We have been buying our meats from the Plano location for years. They have the absolute BEST customer service and always take care of all your needs. If they don’t have what you want they will see if you can purchase online. I have had the delightful experience working with Sarah she is beyond amazing and puts up with all of my questions with no problems at all. I highly recommend asking for her if you go in. Will continue to shop at this location. I would give them more then five stars if I could. Thank you guys for always taking such good care of us.”

“It’s okay. It has what you need but the staff can sometimes come off a little rude. The food court area is good on certain days when it’s all fresh. We got the Pacquetazo or whatever (no sabo) and it was okay..the coke that comes with it are old. It does however come with a lot meats..but again get it when it’s fresh. How will you know it’s fresh? You ask and inspect it. Hell, sample it.”

“We occasionally buyChicken from this store; tried seafood for the first time in farm2cook at McKinney towne crossing . The lady fish we got was as fresh as the ones we used to buy in fish markets back home in india. So was the shrimp . I’ve never found small fish for making fish curry in US before & was really doubtful about the fish being fresh since I was told that it shipped from India . But the freshness and taste was beyond expectations. Very tasty …. Going to be a regular customer here for sure.”
“A small and convenient place to fulfill my craving of Mexican snacks/candy. I have not tried their meat yet, but everything else that they offer there like snacks, produce, and cooking ingredients really has a rustic feel to it that I like. I will come back to try their meat selection because they always have it in stock when I come in.”
