“I was hesitant at first to trust a mass market/tech forward company with something as classic as suiting, but I’m totally convinced now that their operating model flat out WORKS. Easiest suit buying experience I’ve ever had and I don’t think I’ll go back to other methods.
Online experience was great and the transition to an in-store appointment was extremely smooth. At the store, Mauricio knew his stuff. His service was excellent and his recommendations helped make my custom suit truly my own. Tracking progress via email each step of the way was also a plus. Once in, the jacket fit like a glove and pants just needed slight adjustments which they take care of right there. Fantastic value for the fabrics and attention to detail you get from SuitSupply. Would recommend everyone to try it.”

“There is also something fulfilling about working with an artisan when it comes to there field of expertise. Then you add on top of that the fact he is the owner operator it makes it even a better experience. He knew exactly what would fit, gave great advice while trying to keep the cost down. Excellent service before and after.”

“The team at the Bonobos Guideshop is top notch. I've been in there a couple of times and they are super friendly and knowledgable about the line. This is not typical retail, where they stock each item in every size. This is more like a showroom, where you can check out the styles and determine your sizing in their brand. (They offer a very extensive variety of sizes, cuts, lengths, ect.) This makes online returns a breeze, and was great for zeroing in on the perfect jacket fit. My husband loves their clothes, so I'm sure I'll stop in again.”

“I went to purchase a pair of boots from Cavender’s and found a pair I really liked. After walking around in the pair for an hour I realized the boots were too wide and felt too big. I drove to this location the morning before my flight to exchange them for a smaller size. They didn’t have my size in stock at the time, but offered to ship the right size directly to my house without an additional charge. Just received them today, no problems, they fit nicely and are super comfortable. Excellent customer service and staff is super friendly!”
“Man let tell you they will have you looking stellar for that big day and any other weddings or black tie events. They really go above and beyond. I had a wedding to go to even after having previously bought a suit there called to ask help with putting on a bow tie and they were happy to have me come in and help. This place I truly highly recommend!”
“You can buy Quality Clothes, shoes, men, women, childrens clothes. Baby clothes are very expensive... I had to go to a baby shower in the Galleria so I purchased several darling outfits at Dillard's Outlet at a reasonable amount and Who doesn't want adorable outfits for infants and children's clothes. All Big stores are very pricey
This outlet, you have to take your time and will find what you can afford. I've always shopped at Dillard's in the Galleria and Memorial.
The Outlet is the greatest. Men's clothes, coats and jackets are great value.. I've bought mens coats and jackets for myself because I like a roomy coat or jacket.
Believe me, it will save you money!!”

“Very nice and clean store, they keep it very clean and organized, at least it was the time I was there, I found some good deals like always at any kohls. Nice workers and some old lady's who seemed like they really needed to be at home, I'm not descriminatining but seems like they were, Also I didn't had my kohls card ans I was going to make a payment and they called a manager which was another old lady ans she said I cannot make a payment without my card I told her I had done it before at a different store just with my ID and my info, so she said she was going to try but that never heard unless it was the credit card, and I made my payment, these was back a Month ago, if she was the manager she should know that its possible as long as they have an ID. These store will be closing on April of these year to avoid bankruptcy that's what I read. At least we still have lot's more kohls around us.”
“My husband and I go into this location a fair amount and every time the customer service is stellar.
On a day we went in solely for my husband, the sales associate (tall African American guy) recommended a pair of jeans to try on, and literally they’re my favorite pair of jeans I’ve ever put on.
They go over and beyond every time for each and every person in store.
I’ve already told all my family and friends that if they need jeans and want a curated experience, this is the place to go!!”

“Was needing a suit for a wedding in a week. I had been to 3-4 different stores over the last few days til I found this one. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Barclay. I told him what I was looking for and within 15 mins had presented several options in my size and various styling/color options. Next time I’m needing a new suit I will be back here first and ask for Barclay”

“The customer service here is really top notch. I’ve been to plenty of other men’s warehouses where the measurements were wrong, they had issues with ordering a rental, or some other mishap. This location was killer for both rentals I did (one for a black tie, one for my wedding). Can’t recommend enough!”

When it would've been easier to process the return and call it a day, a staff member took the time to call other stores to see if they had what I was looking for and other staff tried to see if there was anything they had in store was close to what I was wanting. “While we Love box lunch for it's amazing variety of items (from clothing, to jewelry to backpack's.. etc). I feel surprised they do not carry Petite/XS sizes! Their small size fits like a medium and so on. Their variety of snacks it is fair, yet I do have to mentioned their prices might run a little higher than expected (considering you can find some of the merchandise at a more affordable price online)”
