Learned a bit about the paint, was given all the info needed and was able to get a great deal on the paint needed. Will be going here from now on for my paint needs.”

Instead, the employees looked at my paint for me and explained that it had only separated and was not bad. They not only mixed the can for me and put on a new lid, but they sacrificed revenue for doing what was best for the customer. I really appreciate it and will be using this store moving forward!”

“I wasn't too happy with my visit at this location today. The assistant Manager assisted me in spending almost $1,000 in paint yesterday. I came today to spend another $300.00 and tried to get some credit on a 5 gallon alabaster with extra white, maybe someone will eventually want it at some point in a store this big. They simply didn't take any consideration in my business and just said no can do.. now it's on my behalf to pay for replacement correct paint..... Thank you Sherwin williams for being so considerable with your customers!I have to mention, but I went to same location untetionally days later and tried exchanging 2 gallons for other job, and I was very surprised to see how nice they were this time, big change!!! Therefore I will change my review to 5 star for such change in customer service.”

“Nathan was wonderful! We were under the gun with selections, but he got us through it all. He helped us with stain and paint, explained so much and mixed up our samples to try at home. He also told us that for one of the things, another Sherwin Williams location had a better ability to help us test stains, so although it probably didn’t do his personal numbers any good, for the stain testing, he sent us to the other location. Totally put our needs first.Our builder asked us if we had looked at Benjamin Moore- we said we would only ever use Sherwin Williams now.”

“I wanted to take a minute to recognize the incredible team at the Sherwin-Williams Frisco Store. Thomas and his team went above and beyond to color match a custom stain color I have trying to find for the last 2 years. I have visited a number of other Paint stores closer to me, even though the websites claim they would color match a stain the employees nearly laughed me out of the store when I asked for a color match.If I had walked into the Frisco store Thomas could have turned me away and I would have just assumed that you didn’t offer the service and it would have been less work for him. Thomas and his guys were more than happy to work with me to get the perfect color. This was the first stain project I had attempted and they were incredibly helpful when suggesting the right tools for the job. Although I live about an hour from this location I won’t hesitate to drive to the Frisco location so long as this crew works there. The job is still a work in progress but it is turning out better than I expected and I couldn’t have done it without their help!”
