“I stopped by to return some boxes I purchased earlier in the week. The facility's pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The return process could've been a bit better. The person helping me almost refunded the amount to another person's card (she mistyped the store number), but because I'd asked if it was going back to ABC card and she said no, it's going back to 123, we were able to catch the mistake before the transaction was finalized. Outside of that near miss, everything else seemed okay.”

“The truck was cleaned, but almost too clean. There was a slippery, oil substance (soap?) on the inside that made loading/unloading a little precarious. We ended up having to line the floor with moving blankets and a tarp to help. But overall, I had a great experience with the rental process and staff at the Pick Up location were excellent.”
“I had an issue online, called and said go the next day and they would know. So I went and the guy was not sure who I was, then brief look at notes, I was in a hurry, had to get back to office 5 minutes away and now down to 10. In seemed like mere seconds I signed, initialed, handed card, and walked into office with a minute to spare. Thank you.”
“We had a truck replaced, the serviceman was not very friendly, maybe he didn't drink his coffee in the morning and that's why he was sad. Overall, the location is convenient. There are a lot of trucks in stock, the truck was replaced quickly and professionally. The guys are great.”

“I went there for rent a U-Haul car. Customer service was excellent. A gentleman was very helpful. Overall if you need U-Haul in Frisco. Go to this location. They don’t have big parking lot, but you will have good service.Tucker was employee of the month ?5 Star for everything.”
“I scheduled movers through u-hauls 3rd party system and they never showed up (JH moving solutions). Thank God Victor and Cole were willing to help me after they got off work. “The staff here is excellent. When renting U-Haul products, they generally have what you need in stock, and when they don't, they work hard to get if for you. Too, the people are helpful and knowledgable about all of their rentals (I have been to other locations where the knowledge level is lacking. The facility is clean and the service is completed in a reasonable amount of time.”

“Not sure why only 1 stars for these guys. This is my fourth or fifth rental in about as many years, and great service every time! Folks can read my review of the McKinney location for what a true bad experience is at a Budget Truck franchise. I recognized the one guy from my prior rentals, so felt good starting out. At this location, no hard sell on, nor blind siding rules, about insurance. One tire was flat on the rental this week. They gave me the keys to another - no hassle, and no added paperwork. However, the replacement truck had only about half a tank. They knew and took note of the miles. Because all my experience prior was good, I filled up the tank (vs trying to figure out the amount required to take it half way). I did so with confidence because these guys have been straight up and trustworthy in the past. They didn't disappoint in making sure I was made whole for that extra half tank.”
“Absolute BEST service I have EVER received from a neighborhood U-Haul dealer. Since U-Haul let's so many different companies lend out their trucks it's always such a hit or miss trying to find somewhere reliable, but look no further cause this place got everything right!!! Jennifer is wayyyy overqualified for her position, she is absolutely AMAZING. BEST customer service. She even came outside with me to get me all set up w the truck and helped me adjust the mirrors. I would go out of my way to use this location again over any other!”
“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”

“Well well pleasantly surprised after having a horrible experience at U Haul Plano on Los Rios, rd. This office/ site is a blessing. Friendly staff helpful within 30 min we were ready to leave. All paperwork done truck and dolly brought to front door. Excellent service I could not recommend them more. For all your towing and moving needs go visit the U haul branch on W Plano Parkway. They get a 10/10 from us.”

“Brittni and Tom at this Montfort location went above and beyond customer service and the security and verification process of keeping my unit extra secured and protected while I left the country was beyond expectation. They ensured me and stood behind their word til I returned. Also when I returned they changed my latch due to little bend in it and also changed weatherstrip on door to keep my stuff secure and dry as well.
