“We are a returning customer from 2021. Office staff was great to work with during the initial rental process and very accommodating and pleasant. Reasonably priced and offered a 1-year no rate increase deal. Update 8/25/26 - We just downsized from 2 to 1 10x20 sq ft units as we are finally moving into our permanent place, but are keeping one 10x20 unit in a first floor climate-controlled building. Our experience continues to be very good and the current office staff (especially Rose who we have primarily dealt with) are very customer service oriented and pleasant to deal with. Access to facility at all hours is a big plus and 12-month rate guarantee has been great.”

So I went and the guy was not sure who I was, then brief look at notes, I was in a hurry, had to get back to office 5 minutes away and now down to 10. In seemed like mere seconds I signed, initialed, handed card, and walked into office with a minute to spare. Thank you.”
“The staff here is excellent. When renting U-Haul products, they generally have what you need in stock, and when they don't, they work hard to get if for you. Too, the people are helpful and knowledgable about all of their rentals (I have been to other locations where the knowledge level is lacking. The facility is clean and the service is completed in a reasonable amount of time.”
“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”
