“I am a big fan of this location, but most of all I’m a big fan of the workers!!! Noelle always had an upbeat positivity to her. I always enjoy a conversation with Nico, and he is always very helpful. Parisa and Maya are also such kind people who I can get lost in conversation with. Amazing products and amazing people!”
“It has been a breath of fresh air talking with Jojo & Kyle! They are so sweet, extremely generous, and genuinely care for your overall health and wellbeing; to include your finances. I’m new to the Metroplex so finding new places to supplement what I had access to back in El Paso has been a small feat. One day driving to the grocery store I noticed a float place, and after I finally got around to making time for me and my health I realized they are so much more! This is your one stop shop for wellness therapies and then some. Today was my first appointment and I’m so thankful I was able to get back to my red light therapy; especially with recent health issues. Can’t wait to see how my body responds after adding back the healing protocols I’m desperately needing right now. ❤️ So support local and keep this beyond affordable little gem ? in Coppell going. It is well worth the drive if you’re not close. Thank you both for being so welcoming, patient, kind, and caring to your customer’s needs and concerns! Thank You Jesus for answered prayers and this sweet couple who are pouring back into the community! Come check them out, you won’t be disappointed!! ? ?”
“Very nice place, the staff there were friendly and helpful. Was not as overwhelming as I find most smoke/weed shops to be. I highly recommend paying them a visit if you’re in the market for CBD.”
“Casey is very well educated about everything CBD, thc, cannabinoids, dabs, etc. She is passionate and sincerely cares for every customer. IGNORE every other shop in Frisco. Not only did I find what I needed, I got a good crash course on everything healing and therapeutic.”
“Amazing staff very knowledgeable, helpful and personalized the experience and treated us like we were family. We look forward to purchasing the best quality and trustworthy products from your store. I look forward to researching more information from the material she provided us.”
“Preston was super fast, helpful and clear to the point with no BS or trying to upsell. I told him exactly what I wanted and he pointed out the best deal for the dollar and that was that. Thank you!”
“The owner of this shop is one of the sweetest and most caring owners I’ve come across in years. She always goes out of her way to accommodate customers and even remembers returning faces that haven’t come through in a while. 100/10 would recommend to anyone in the Frisco region.”
“I’ve been with this company since 2012 no matter which location I go to it always looks nice. It always smells nice. They have fair prices and the staff is beyond helpful. I highly recommend them.”
“They had a biiiiiig selection of everything… makes it difficult to choose ?…
Location of the shop is convenient..
And we can’t forget the friendly staff who helped me a lot to choose and get the best for me”
“Great store with great service. The owner is awesome and always very helpful. They have my favorite juice called The Rebel. This is my go to shop for all my vape needs. Go check them out.”
“Thank you Morgan for your patience and help today. I appreciated your time and knowledge as well. Good help is hard to find these days. Your definitely a keeper.”
“Literally the best service I've gotten anywhere, not just a CBD store. They're super knowledgeable, so enthusiastic, and incredibly friendly and it just seems like they honestly care! I couldn't imagine going to a different shop now that I've found this one!”
“Great selection of supplements, health foods and natural care products. Friendly, helpful staff. Competitively priced compared to Natural Grocers, Sprouts or Whole Foods.”
“while the selection isn’t expansive what they have in stock is always of good quality. And the atmosphere is very chillaxed and inviting. But I would like to give a special shout out to Zero. I have been to this location multiple times and everytime have a wonderful conversation with her. A very professional and kind fella. who after I told her I was t gonna be able to go fishing have me a 20% discount just to make my day better. It’s employees like that who make me a return customer so I say definitely visit this place if you want to meet some nice people and get quality product”
“My new go to vape/smoke store! Excellent customer service, great prices, lots of variety, and convenient hours!
I'd love to have the opportunity to work here and extend the hours to 24 and online!!

“Michelle and Brandy were both so amazing and helpful! They took the time to explain everything and made us feel welcome. So sweet and professional. Facility very clean as well!”
“Daniel was the man today- I was expecting Julia, who is always awesome, but Daniel continued the great experience I always have here at the Green Room. Thanks again!”
“People were very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly . Did a great job of providing details of the product I was researching This knowledge led to a sale.”
“Great customer service, the manager was very nice, informative and helpful through out my time in the store. Answering questions and if he didn't know would check online for the best answer. They got a repeat customer with me.”
“Very friendly shop! We have been customers for a couple of years. Today I needed product recommendations. Clerk recommended a very good tobacco flavor. I have been trying to go nicotine free for several weeks. I have been unable to find suitable flavors. I want able to go to zero nicotine, but i bought 3mg products that employee recommended. They are soooooo good! Thanks for the great service .”
“Knowing we all are unique and how we get healthy and fit requires an individually designed program is what IDLife is all about! It has made all the difference for me and my family. Thank you IDLife!”
“Fantastic crew! They discontinued caviar, and I thought my heart would break. But now, this new Kush and Dutchie is awesome! Thank you for guiding me to a product that is exactly what you said it is. It is effective! I'll be back. You're my store forever!”
“High quality CBD products! Delta 8 gummies have helped me with sleep and recovery! Also, the Revive Anti Aging Serum has so many vitamins in it that has helped my skin tighten and has this natural glow! Love these products!!”
“Great selection of products you're not going to find at the big stores. Shout-out to Gavin for the solid customer service. In the past I've barely been acknowledged by other employees so it's a nice change of pace.”
“I had a great experience at this store. This Vitamin Shoppe is stocked with a wide variety of quality brands that I use, and the manager was very helpful and assisted me in finding all of my supplements. He was pleasant and knowledgeable --we shared supplement information and I enjoyed talking with him. I found many of my 'go-to' products here and was happy to get in on some sales. Thank you!”
“Lathan and the other cashier and the manager have great customer service and a good vide every time I come in and the prices are good this is my favorite liquor store ???”
“I stopped by this smoke and vape shop recently and had such a great experience thanks to Kaine! I was looking for some good-quality incense and wasn’t sure what scent I’d like, but Kaine took the time to walk me through their options, let me smell a few, and even shared what customers tend to like best. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient—never pushy. I really appreciated how relaxed and welcoming the vibe was, and I walked out with exactly what I needed. You can tell Kaine really knows his stuff and cares about helping customers find what they’re looking for. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!”

“Looks like I have to re-post my review for this location. Dee has been such a fantastically helpful person every time me and my wife come by the store. She is super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. She made some great suggestions when we have no idea what we want and has been spot on each time. She even has texted us to see how some of the CBD stuff has helped my wife's RA. I can't say enough good things about Dee. BTW, this location has a huge amount of the High and Dry seltzers. Please swing by and grab a few, it's buy one get one free. Great time to stock up!”
