Service should be your strategic advantage, but you offer poor service.I stopped by PNC to enquire about their high yield savings account. I was helped by a gentleman who seemed disinterested and not well educated on PNC products.I am giving them a 2 because the front desk lady was very welcoming and professional.

Had to come in to get a new debit card because mine just stopped working for Jo apparent reason becire I head to Mexico. They had only one employee that could “help me” they treat you like cattle scanning to go in line and not enough employees to provide good customer er service.

Best customer service I received from a banking institution. Thanks to Tony, and Jeremy? Jeffrey? Jerry? I dont recall his name both i was twice on the week there First with my sister and grandma everything went awsome, and the next time by my self to update my info, excelent excelent excelent!??????????
