“Some of the staff from the Kroger branch located on Kuykendahl/Woodlands Pkwy, which closed several weeks ago, transferred to the Kroger on Cochran's Crossing Plaza. We have shopped here before, and we have found that this location has a clean restroom, a small Starbucks nook to sit down, take a break from shopping, and sip coffee, and buy SB seasonal merch! Cochran's Crossing Shopping Plaza is tucked neatly surrounded by trees with ample parking space.”

“Drive thru ATM which is run by a third party ate my debit card during a deposit transaction. Transaction went fine. I may have taken too long to retrieve it but I still should have had the option to retrieve it. Wells Fargo was able to send new card but still concerned about a card with the same number being out of my hands. Everything on the Wells Fargo side is usually a pleasure though I must add that.”

This is a quality that has been lost; for example, with the banks inside grocery stores.
They do change personnel frequently, but regardless of who's there, the service is excellent.
I have little money, but am greeted and treated like a millionaire.

“After going through a TERRIBLE ordeal with Sunflower bank, I was so surprised to see how easy things could be with Cadence. My grandmother passed away, and I brought my disabled uncle here to get access to his money, close the account, and get some information for my mom who is executor. The whole process took about 30 minutes or so, and JJ was incredibly nice and helpful. “I genuinely adore this location, it’s a convenient drive and well-kept but also, my now-favorite employee works there. I happened to meet Timothy one day while making a small transaction, and that turned into him eventually helping me through the process of opening my first PNC credit card. He made it simple and SO easy to change my last name (I got married), and he walked me through a million other tasks I needed done. He was patient, informative, helpful, but most of all, friendly. Service with a smile is so appreciated!! I literally leave and come back another day if he isn’t there.

“Came in right at closing and the regular retail banker was busy, but Ryan was more than happy to help me replace my debit card that had a broken chip for months. I asked him about affinity designs and he had no problem letting me pick out one even though they were closing. He even offered to call the credit card department and have them set me up with affinities for my two credit cards because they are about to expire. I told him that I could look them up and do that on my own because I didn't want to hold them up. Overall world class banking superstar. A+++ Highly recommended. Personal loans, Christmas savings, anything that I needed to talk to somebody about regarding my finances. They were always helpful and always on the point. Having a credit union instead of a regular bank. It's so much more personal, so much more about me. As the participant, not about how much money we can make on the fees.First service credit union is fabulous.”
