“Some of the staff from the Kroger branch located on Kuykendahl/Woodlands Pkwy, which closed several weeks ago, transferred to the Kroger on Cochran's Crossing Plaza. We have shopped here before, and we have found that this location has a clean restroom, a small Starbucks nook to sit down, take a break from shopping, and sip coffee, and buy SB seasonal merch! Cochran's Crossing Shopping Plaza is tucked neatly surrounded by trees with ample parking space.”

“I genuinely adore this location, it’s a convenient drive and well-kept but also, my now-favorite employee works there. I happened to meet Timothy one day while making a small transaction, and that turned into him eventually helping me through the process of opening my first PNC credit card. He made it simple and SO easy to change my last name (I got married), and he walked me through a million other tasks I needed done. He was patient, informative, helpful, but most of all, friendly. Service with a smile is so appreciated!! I literally leave and come back another day if he isn’t there.

“After going through a TERRIBLE ordeal with Sunflower bank, I was so surprised to see how easy things could be with Cadence. My grandmother passed away, and I brought my disabled uncle here to get access to his money, close the account, and get some information for my mom who is executor. The whole process took about 30 minutes or so, and JJ was incredibly nice and helpful. This is a quality that has been lost; for example, with the banks inside grocery stores.
They do change personnel frequently, but regardless of who's there, the service is excellent.
I have little money, but am greeted and treated like a millionaire.

Frost Bank is supporting the local community with a shredding event! They provide water and cookies for guests too! I had two big black trash bags of documents to shred and they helped me out with a smile!”
“The drive thru windows are closed permanently. They are not allowed to post signs saying they’re closed so don’t waste your time at the drive thru. The employees inside are nice.”
“Our organization has banked with PNC for years but this was the first time I actually interacted with the tellers. From the receptionist to Jennyfer helping us open a money market account, every one was amazing. Anytime a new individual walked by and noticed us waiting, they always acknowledged us, confirmed we were being helped and offered us refreshments while we waited. Opening the account was a smooth process and Jennyfer provided us with value information to assist us in the future. I'm now considering switching my personal accounts just because of their customers service at this location and awesome rates. Thank PNC”
