What was a nice service branch has totally lost my business.I went in to put a stop payment on a fraudulent transaction that has not posted as a transaction.However, they paid it anyway.Then they tried to tell my stop payment does not mean 100% effective.They are willing to file a claim which I might not get my money back.The part that really gets me ...Chase online service & supervisor completely threw the bank brand under the bus on stop payment & said they will not do anything other than file a claim.Just so everybody knows, when you file a claim/contract, you waive your rights to your money. It all up to Chase to make it right.The bank manager at the branch is also apologetic but will not give me my money & state the only way to get my money back is to file a claim and yes, I might not get it back.Folks, banks don't care about their customers, they care about their paycheck! Do know that is the way of FDIC banks.So I am out nearly a $1000 dollars even though I took every precautionary step in protect my money from fraudulent merchant.I am closing my account with Chase after many decades & will not do business with a bank that cares about policies over their customers.BTW research JP Morgan Chase, now...Does it surprise you that they are willing to take your money in an instant. But will require claims forms and investigations to hopefully get your money back.Know who JP Morgan Chase is supporting & doing business with. This type of corruption within the system was design to take but not give.Folks! Do business with local financial establishments that cares about YOU!!!

switching all my accounts over to Chase was made easy by this branch. Also, they setup accounts for my children while I was there. Appts are recommend but not required as I experienced on a second visit. Margot was very help and I hope she remains at this branch as long as I have accounts with them.

No service. Could not answer the phone. I went in. 7 people there. Most not on the phone. Asked for a mgr. Waited several minutes. Said others were not bank employees and she could do nothing. 0 customer service or caring.

I had this $25 recurrent bank fee showing up on my checking account since this March. We did not aware there was the fee until last week, because it never happened before. Jessica helped me with the issue and found out my account was accidentally unlinked from private client account and correct the error for me. She was very patient during the process. Even the upper branch banker made the same mistake and Jessica was able to get through the manager and finally got the right answer! Thanks you Jessica! Wish I can give you more stars. 12:55pm on October 25,2021.

I've had chase accounts in the past and of course nothing but issues. However today I figured I'd take another shot at it. Like every other time they fail miserable and make banking with them impossible.Walked in at 3:30pm to open a new checking account. (Yes I understand the bank closes at 5pm)Lady tells me I have to setup an appointment and their is no one there who can setup a new account.... what else is new terrible chase.So I drive 7 minutes down the street and walk into the next chase at 3:40 and guess what they can't open an account for me either. About as useless as a chase bank account would he anyways.Off the the third chase bank to arrive at about 4pm and what a surprise equally as unless. WORST BANK EVER DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.I only walked into 1 wells Fargo and within 10 minutes was starting the process to open an account. Like usually f chase.

Had a great first experience at a Chase bank. Walked in to open a checking account and was greeted by a friendly staff member w/ short wait time.Mrs. Scacciotti was super patient and helped me out.

Went in to open account and the private client bankers were less than helpful and insulted my intelligence by speaking to me as if I were a child. They were late for our appointment by 30 minutes as well. Would not recommend if you plan to start a business account or get chase private client. I'm switching to BOA.

Dont leave your childrens piggy bank money with this bank. It has been over a month for them to set up a benifeciry IRA account for me. It is still not done. All they can tell me is that they have a back log. No one at the bank seems to care. Not one person took the time to say they will follow up and keep me informed.
