“We went on a Saturday around lunchtime to upgrade a phone. Of course, it was busy. However, the staff was organized, friendly, and efficient. I had several employees approach me to ask if I needed assistance. If you need assistance with an issue regarding your phone, you will need tk visit the Genius Bar. For the Genius Bar, I highly recommend setting an appointment online in advance. If you are visiting the store to make a purchase, and appointment is not necessary. Overall, for being as busy as it was, it was still a good experience.”

“I walked in looking for an odd part for my son’s self-built computer. The gentleman there was patient and scoured his spare parts to find what we needed…and on top of that said “no charge”. I definitely will send my son back when it’s time for him to upgrade or build himself a laptop for college. Great customer service and not often seen these days.”

“I have taken me and my girlfriend's gaming pc's to this location multiple times and I've never had any issues. They know what they are doing and are very quick. I had my processor replaced and they even managed my cables without me asking.”
“I bought a notebook and it didn't work properly so I returned for exchange. one week after HP received it the replacement is not yet on the way. All phone calls are routed to the Philippines and they didn't seem to have the capability to help. They blamed the warehouse in the USA. On my 5th call I insisted to speak with a manager and a supervisor told me he would try and help. Now I have a FEDEX on the way 8 hours after that call. The replacement computer was received and works great thanks to the supervisor Antonio in the Philippines.”
