“My laptop stopped working, and the good reviews pointed me in Ardent's direction. Within a couple hours of dropping my laptop off (after a $35 diagnostic fee), they called me back with the problem and total cost of repair. The cost of the part, which was unfortunately the motherboard, and labor was still less than half what it would cost me to replace the computer with the same used model. Once they received the new part, they were able to fix it that same day, and I picked it right up. I paid ahead when they called about the total cost, which was done through a private and secure link they e-mailed me. Each person I dealt with was friendly and professional. FYI, they also work on cars, so if no one is in the front office, they're probably in the garage. I'm not sure how good they are with cars, but my laptop is still working like new after over a month, so I can definitely recommend their computer service!”

I definitely will send my son back when it’s time for him to upgrade or build himself a laptop for college. Great customer service and not often seen these days.”

“I bought a notebook and it didn't work properly so I returned for exchange. one week after HP received it the replacement is not yet on the way. All phone calls are routed to the Philippines and they didn't seem to have the capability to help. They blamed the warehouse in the USA. On my 5th call I insisted to speak with a manager and a supervisor told me he would try and help. Now I have a FEDEX on the way 8 hours after that call. The replacement computer was received and works great thanks to the supervisor Antonio in the Philippines.”
