I have nothing but good to say, but it's not an in-and-out bank, they take their time, so be prepared to be in a casual atmosphere. That doesn't mean they'll make you wait forever, it just means they don't have a clerk standing there waiting for you.”

Mitchell greeted me with a warm smile upon entering and immediately asked if I needed assistance. Even while multitasking, he listened to my concern, asked for just a moment to wrap up what he was doing, then returned to help me.
