“I'm not sure why this location has such negative reviews, but I had a wonderful experience as a walk-in today. Mitchell greeted me with a warm smile upon entering and immediately asked if I needed assistance. Even while multitasking, he listened to my concern, asked for just a moment to wrap up what he was doing, then returned to help me. He was fast and efficient, taking me into a private room to discuss my account so my privacy was protected. Thank you so much, Mitchell!

“I've read the reviews here, and I don't think people know the difference between a call center and a local branch. This facility is clean and professional. I have nothing but good to say, but it's not an in-and-out bank, they take their time, so be prepared to be in a casual atmosphere. That doesn't mean they'll make you wait forever, it just means they don't have a clerk standing there waiting for you.”
