I’ve been into JD Sports twice this week for Christmas shopping and both times JULISSA has helped me tremendously! She was very nice and went the extra mile to ensure I had answers to the questions I asked and she was the main reason I left satisfied. She was awesome !

Asked for Nikes in size 7.5 was told there is no more in stock. Thirty minutes later someone else asked for same shoes same size and they got them. Employees don't do their job correctly. In the end the found the shoes we was asking for.
